I was at this hotel last year, I really liked everything, so I came back in this one. What in the end is a disgusting rude service at the reception, I did not like the room because it was dark and with one window and they refused to change it, they feed me breakfast, that you come tomorrow and pay for cleaning when you change. Disgusting people work at the reception, I have never seen such rudeness in hotels. The room turned out to be dirty, garbage from previous tenants, vinegar in the kettle, shampoo in the room was changed to a cheap one. Despite the fact that I use adagio all the time, they have killed all loyalty to their apartment network
