We had a rest in February 2022. A hotel with a good spa. 2 saunas , salt room ( only decorated with salt stones on the sides ). 2 rooms with hot stones. The pool,Jacuzzi, and outdoor pool are heated. The spa is divided into a noisy area with children and a quieter one minus the ground floor. Gym. The food is varied, European and Bulgarian cuisine. Pork on a spit at dinner, red fish, lamb, excellent chicken. Rich soups with meat and cereals. Lots of vegetables, cheeses, side dishes, cakes, fruits ( kiwis, bananas, oranges, grapefruits ) In the morning, the thinnest pancakes are baked. The food is excellent. Everyone will choose for themselves. But it is better to take breakfast and dinner (I attach the transfer schedule below). And with HB, Any drinks are served. Alcohol is served from lunch only in the restaurant (beer wine whiskey ) disgusting. Water. Only on tap in the restaurant itself. They were not shy, they poured into a bottle of welcome day at breakfast. The hotel is clean. The furniture is in good condition. Plumbing too. The rooms are spacious, large, and warm. Trails and transfers. The transfer runs from the hotel from 08:00 to 11:00. And from 14:00 to 17:00 to the hotel. Lunch is not convenient at all. We rode a lot. We had lunch in the mountains. Soup, second course, salad on plates 400 gr. portions are large and tasty 15 Lev per person. We went down to the hotel much later. The queues are long to get into a booth and go to the mountains. They didn't think it through. It doesn't matter if it's a weekend or a weekday. There are a lot of local people. The first day was 1h30. From the second day we went to the ski lift by car for a fee. They're calling out who's in line. Comfortably and quickly 10lev per person ( about 5 euros). I will attach the cost of ski passes. You can also rent equipment and an instructor at the hotel. I also saw people on cross-country skis. There are few shops in Bansko to sell inventory. Practically not. But a lot for rent. Right down to the underpants. The Kempinski Hotel is conveniently located next to the booth from where everyone leaves for the mountains. It took about 2.5 hours to get from the airport. Sofia Airport and there are terrible queues there and back. Everyone is infinitely slow. We managed to land right in time on the way back.
