The location is fire. The entire center is within walking distance. There is a grocery store nearby. Everything is normal, except for plumbing - the shower does not work well, the shower stall does not close. We couldn't figure out how to turn on the TV. Parking is difficult because there are few places in the area.

Plus, it's close to the center, the view from the room is good, the bed is normal. The linen is normal. The kitchen is small, but there is everything.
The downside is dirty. The entrance and elevator are dead, it stinks of cat urine. The bathroom mats are dirty, and the shower stall is dirty and battered. The dishes in the kitchen are greasy. There are no blinds in the room. The TV is not working. For some reason, a stylized fireplace is installed, which does not work.

Not far from the center, there is a balcony. The entrance and the apartment smell unpleasant. The neighbors are indistinct - a community of black boys entering the waiting room with you. The bedroom has a wardrobe and a bed, two cabinets. Clear. Towels of previous residents are drying on the balcony. The kitchen-living room is cozy, but with the sofa unfolded it is impassable. There is a cubicle and a toilet in the bathroom. They are in order, they perform their function. There is a hair dryer, washing machine, kettle, stove, microwave, vacuum cleaner if necessary. The elevator in the entrance closes abruptly, lighting from motion sensors. It will go for a couple of nights in the absence of other options.

Apartment 3. Totally sucks. Starting from the parking lot at the house, which was entered only from the second lap... the apartment is old, ruined, and has been in need of repair for a long time.. the bathroom is generally something, I do not know what to do to make it that way.. the bed linen and towels were damp and smelly... in general, I do not recommend using the word at all, although it is in a good place..

Apartment 64. Advantages. Not far from the center. There is everything you need. Refrigerator, microwave, iron, hair dryer, toilet paper, hand soap, shower gel, gel and sponges for dishes, all necessary utensils are clean.
The apartment is clean, but cosmetic repairs will not hurt. The entrance is of course shabby, but we
