I really liked it!
The room is two-storey, very spacious and well-zoned. The kitchen has everything you need - a fridge with freezer, microwave, dishes, appliances, towels. The water is very tasty and clean even from the tap - the hotel has its own filter.
There is a large dining table and a patio with a table and chairs, behind the fence, the neighbors and the street are not visible.
The second floor has a bathroom, a slightly strange location of the shower, but everything is convenient.
It is possible to order food for the next day. Entrance without reception, just a key is issued, very convenient.
Parking is private, there are enough places.
Practically the center of the city.

A great hotel, very cozy with a convenient location. Clean, everything is there, including the dishwasher. Very, very tasty pancakes on the menu, the rest is the usual normal food) breakfast is brought to the room at any time. For families with children, there is a very dangerous (open from the side) staircase to the second floor, but we were warned about this 10 times, we drove our one-year-old child and everything is fine :))) The terrace is a special pleasure! We will be happy to come back again!

A great family hotel, very cozy, clean, with a beautiful stylish design. The rooms are two-storied, with a private terrace. The bathroom is on the 2nd floor. It can accommodate 4 people, the sofa bed on the 1st floor is very comfortable.
Breakfast can be offered for an additional fee, the choice of dishes is very small, but it is enough to eat.
The location is convenient - on foot to Pobediteley Park - 5-7 minutes, to the town hall - 20 minutes. Parking near the hotel is spontaneous, but there were no problems parking.
The only problem was with the skylight above the bed, it is located too high, it is not easy to reach, but the staff can help at any moment, everything is solved very quickly.
Take your slippers and toothbrushes with you!

Super eco-friendly hotel. We were pleasantly surprised, as the apartment was listed on the website as an apartment :) Everything is clean, neat, everything is thought out! Two floors: downstairs there is a comfortable sofa, a kitchen and a dining room, upstairs there is a bedroom and a large bathroom. But most of all I was impressed by the mini terrace with thuja trees. Just fire. I recommend it to everyone. There are 5 beds (a pull-out sofa, a double bed and a single place in the attic of the gable. There is no better place to find in Vitebsk. Parking is spontaneous in front of the hotel, but there is enough space for everyone. There are several cafes, grocery stores and the city center within walking distance. The staff is helpful and polite - they were looking for a pill for me in the night. The only nuances are slow Internet connection and change the ironing board))

A wonderful place, clean, cozy, modern! A family of 5 people, everyone had enough space and was comfortable. I was delighted with the private terrace where you can enjoy the fresh air and the sun. The apartment is on two levels. They are very friendly and helpful starting from the booking and from the subsequent meeting.

Great place! It is located very close to the central square, 15 minutes to the Town Hall and the old part of the city. The hotel itself is very beautiful, clean, modern. It's a great place!!!!! Excellent apartment. Great location. It's cozy at home. A family of 4 people was accommodated. On the second floor there is a bedroom, on the ground floor there is a sofa for two people, there is a secret attic for one (children will like it). On the ground floor there is a kitchen with all the necessary attributes (refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishes, tea, coffee, sugar, salt......... There is a cool terrace to sit and enjoy. To savor the hookah. The price is reasonable (when there are no events in Vitebsk). Everything is great!!!!! We will definitely return.
p.s. Wishes:
slippers, a towel under your feet and keep an eye on the dishes (there was a half-killed frying pan).

We had a rest in August, stayed for 2 nights. We lived in two rooms: 4 adults and 4 children. The rooms are very clean, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. It was great to sit on the veranda in the evening. Convenient location. Everything is within walking distance. The children really liked the room for one. You can hear in the room that there are neighbors behind the wall, but after 23.00 silence and peace, no one disturbed anyone, slept and in the morning it was also quiet. Tea, coffee, sugar are a bonus. 🙂

Вот и мы побывали в этом замечательном апарт отеле. 1) Соотношение цена/качество очень даже приемлемо. 2) Чистота, уют и обстановка - добавят вам отличного настроения. 3) Каждый уголок номера настолько продуман, будто попал в маленькую Европу - это наилучшее решение для отдыха. 4) Можно спокойно приготовить самим, набор необходимой кухонной утвари в вашем распоряжении, даже есть штопор и открывашка для бутылок(на заметку, не в каждой гостинице эти, вроде незначительные предметы можно найти в номере). 5) Работающий кондиционер, вполне вместительный холодильник, телевизор с огромным количеством ТВ каналов- это огромный плюс. Ну и для романтического времяпрепровождения имеется потрясающая веранда с подсветкой, где можно смотреть на звездное небо и немножко помечтать. Спасибо Сергею(владельцу этого замечательного места), теперь мы знаем, где можно прекрасно провести время и отлично отдохнуть.
Р. S. Отель находится недалеко от центра города, вся инфраструктура у вас под рукой. Множество магазинов, ресторанов и достопримечательностей.

Excellent location, lovely duplex apartment. There is everything for living, including a terrace where you can spend a wonderful evening in the warm season. The kitchen has everything you need: plates, spoons, forks, glasses, microwave, stove, refrigerator and kettle. Coffee and tea are available. On the second floor there is a shower and a bedroom. There is also a hidden room that children will really like.

Вроде и хорошо, а вроде и нет. Чисто. Приветливый хозяин. Но. На первом этаже как квартира студия. Есть кухня, диван, телевизор, обеденный стол. Выход на веранду. Каждая (веранда)отделяется кирпичным забором. На втором этаже находится спальня. Туалет и ванная. Совмещены.Душ брызгает во все стороны. его отделяет шторка. И вся вода брызгает везде. Тапок нет. Полотенца есть. . Очень крутая лестница. Домик в стиле ЭКО. все деревянное. Имейте ввиду. Скрипит. Также есть место для детей. Надо подняться по вертикальной лестнице, чтобы туда попасть. И там просто матрас. Подняться ещё можно, но спускаться страшно. Считаю бесполезное место. Хотя может кто то и спит там. Стоит номер не дёшево. Но как нам сказали лучше не найти в Витебске. 4 ставлю только за то что хозяин пошёл нам на уступки и приютил на ночь. (Заранее не забронировали отель) Так как другие его гости не приехали. И нам пришлось в 8 утра покинуть номер.

A great town house type hotel. Everything is clean and cozy. The room has a kitchen, dishes. Two floors. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs, downstairs there is a living room and a small attic for a teenager. There is a private courtyard. The audibility is only good from room to room). I would like to change the towels from oak to soft new ones. In general, it is very convenient and comfortable.

A great option for a family with 2 children. We stayed on April 27-29, all issues were resolved instantly - in fact, the request was only by agreement of a late departure. High-quality finish, convenience and comfort. Within walking distance is the best Cornflower restaurant in terms of price-quality ratio (full boarding at 10-15 am!!), the main attractions, the park, the embankment, etc. Sincere thanks to the owner and administrators!

Очень понравился отельчик ,номер большой ,чисто ,в каждом номере кухня небольшая -чайник ,микровольновка ,все необходимое ,телевизор ,обеденный стол ,удобный диван ,на втором этаже огромный душ ,мыло, порадовала шампунь ,я ее забыла, хорошая спальня ,понравилась терраса открытая ,все супер ,завтрак можно заказать на утро ,спасибо Сергею хозяину отеля за такой уют ,прекрасный отдых в этом отеле !!!!Парковка есть .

Останавливались на одну ночь и остались очень довольны соотношением цена/качество. Номера просторные и чистые, вполне удобная кровать, необычное спальное место для детей. Нет посторонних запахов и шумов, хотя гостей много, видно что место пользуется популярностью.
Есть открытая терраса. При желании можно заказать завтрак.
Было бы удобно, если на комнатах и ключах были бы номера или другие осознавательные знаки.
Слишком мягкую воду можно было бы отнести к недостаткам, но это уже не зона ответственности отеля.

Гостиница понравилась.
Комфортно и удобно.
Приезжали посмотреть Витебск и остановились на двое суток.
Нам достался номер с душем - конечно все привыкли к ванной в квартире, ведь она удобнее.
Еще не хватило обувницы, а то приходилось оставлять обувь на коврике.
Но это все мелочи - главное посмотрели город, посетили музеи, попробовали местную кухню )))
В остальном все классно: кондиционер, полезные завтраки, зона за окном. Интерьер классный - металл и дерево и зеркала - возьму себе на вооружение )))

Твёрдая пятёрка. Расположение в пешей доступности от центра города. Чистота стерильная. При заселении, нам таааак всё подробно рассказали, что ни каких проблем и вопросов у нас больше не возникло. Спальня на втором этаже, так же как и ванна с туалетом. Приятно просыпаться и сразу видеть небо в окошке над кроватью. Тишина. Никто никому не мешает. Машину можно спокойно оставить около дома. Эти аппартаменты я могу смело рекомендовать всём, кто захочет приехать ы Витебск, ибо придраться абсолютно не к чему, на мой вкус они идеальные.

Номера фееричные! Все, как я мечтала. Выход на террасу с подсветкой, столиком и креслами. Обеденный стол в гостиной. Замечательно оборудованая кухня. Все, в светлых тонах дерева. Все очень чисто. Большое мансардное окно в спальне. Есть парковка с видео наблюдением, но нас "завозили" в гостиницу друзья и мы ей не пользовались))) Лестница на второй этаж с ванной и большой спальной комнатой. Самое любопытное - это доп. минималистическое спальное место с собственным мансардным окном и лестницей!!!

Уютные апартаменты для отдыха парой) все продумано) есть все необходимое: посуда, плитка для готовки, чай, кофе, полотенца. В каждом номере есть своя терасса. До старого города ходили пешком, те расположение удобное. Парковка для автомобиля присутствует. Можно заказать завтрак, но мы не брали по этому, что дают не знаю. Рекомендую!)

Отличный отель! Необычные, двухъярусные номера особенно понравились детям. За комнатку на чердаке бились на жребии. Все очень стильно, чисто и аккуратно. Машину ставили рядом. Месторасположение в самом центре. Очень запомнилось наше проживание здесь с 31 марта по 1 апреля нам и нашим троим детям. Спасибо Сергею и Наталье! 👍 Юрий
