We rented an apartment on the 34th floor. The view of the city is gorgeous. The location of the residential complex is very convenient - the city center. Within walking distance of cafes, restaurants, Keruen shopping center, Narzhol Boulevard, Bayterek Tower, several banks, including ВТБ.kz (only he serves the maps of the WORLD), near the unique Khan Shatyr shopping center. In the residential complex on the ground floor there are a number of grocery stores, clothing boutiques, copy services, household.goods, cosmetics, pharmacy... everything you need. The staff is polite, there are 4 elevators per tower, covered Parking.
The room is clean, bed linen, towels, washing machine, refrigerator, kettle, electric stove, microwave, wardrobe, TV, wi-fi, good repair, comfortable double bed.
It's a great place. I recommend.

Great view of the city 38th floor Clean room. It's warm and bright. We arrived on November 30 somewhere in the evening at 2021 hours . And I booked back in early October. The prerequisite was 2 beds since I am with an adult son. Okay, we unsubscribed, everything will be fine. There will be two beds. We go into a room called Egypt and there is one bed, I ask how so?A woman tells me oh, the room that you booked was occupied by some people before you and the furniture was destroyed (we even laughed at this expression later, the furniture doesn't seem to be made of cardboard). I say, how do we sleep? The woman hesitated and said, well, if you want, I'll bring you bed linen, let her sleep here on the couch. I tell her what else?They refueled it themselves . She asked the time, what time is breakfast for us? We speak at 11 o'clock. So she calls at 11:30 a.m. and asks if she needs breakfast? Can I give you scrambled eggs instead of porridge, I say, at least bring the scrambled eggs. By the way, the coffee is terrible

A good residential complex, but not to say that it is super clean.
The location is good - the best shopping centers and attractions are nearby. If you stay in Astana, then the option is optimal. There is a very tasty restaurant with local cuisine downstairs.

I do not recommend anyone to rent a room here! We were deceived and according to the cleaner who checks in by numbers, this often happens! We were on the road and stayed at the border, called the owner and warned that we were late, he sent us all the data on how to find the entrance, we were in touch and wrote what time we would arrive. As a result, we arrived the next morning as I wrote in Whatsapp, and the cleaner said that she got a call and was told not to check us in! She also told us that our room was occupied. The previous people decided to extend the stay and the owner, knowing our situation with the delay in the journey, extended the stay, but did not check in for us. Naturally, we had paid and not checking in means that the payment is irrevocable. I had to urgently look for a room in another hotel.

Hello everyone
Review of the apart-hotel hotel Northern Lights / 34th floor, kv 180-181, Kazakhstan/ Astana. We stopped 3 times, each time it gets worse and worse!
I have never heard such disgusting treatment from the owner himself, whose name is Askar.
We didn't take the circumstances seriously and therefore stopped by again because of the location, but now the curtain has closed on the 34th floor)
The result is as follows:
1. That there is no guarantee that you will come to the room at 14:00 and it will be free!
2. That you will not be thrown out of your paid room with threats and hitting on you!
3. The host himself is not "client-oriented" towards the guests, he behaves very rudely! I wish him to familiarize himself with the word hospitality, because he somehow provides this service?!
4. For this price, there are plenty of full-fledged apartments nearby, and here are old rooms!!!

Of the cons, there is not a pleasant smell of sewage and a window that is not ordered at all. There was a very strong wind with snow, which naturally blew through the window.

This is a room , not an apartment.without washing.mini glastinitsa cars. If I needed a hotel, I would rent there. But I wanted to. 1 room.. The principle is clean and the appearance is coaxing.but it's not cozy and the closet is terrible.
