We stayed in an apartment at 37 Pulikhova Street for a rest period. One of the advantages is the excellent location, everything is nearby and convenient, and the apartment itself is quite spacious. Contactless check-in.
However, unfortunately, the impression was spoiled by numerous shortcomings. The apartment is clearly already worn out: some of the things are in bad condition — the kettle is dirty with damage to the wire, the curtain in the bathroom is old with missing rings on the rod. The pillows were also dirty. There are no mosquito nets on the windows, which is why there are many uninvited guests in the apartment - mosquitoes and spiders up to 3 cm in size. A separate "quest" was arranged by living together with a person suffering from arachnophobia — I had to regularly search for and expel spiders from the apartment.
Despite the assurances of the administrator that the cleaning was carried out before our arrival, the apartment was dusty, with cobwebs in places.
Communication with the administration also left questions. An hour before check—in, we were informed that we urgently needed to send our passport, otherwise we would not be settled - it is unclear why this was not asked in advance. First, they wrote that the check-in instructions were sent after payment, then that on the day of check-in. And the day before departure, they reminded me that the check-out was at 11:00, although the booking indicated 12:00.
We recommend that you pay attention to the above points, as they significantly affect the comfort of your stay. The apartment could be a great option if you eliminate at least some of these shortcomings.

Excellent accompanying support. Apartment at 34 Myasnikova Street. Excellent location. It's clean and comfortable enough, there are restaurants and cafes downstairs, if you don't want to cook, it's enough to go downstairs and, for example, have breakfast. I'll be looking for this exact location on my next trip.

We rented 2 apartments through this Agency, we coveted the price and location of the apartments. The two-room apartments were located in the center, in beautiful houses, costing $75 per day.
There are no complaints about communication with the agency itself. Both apartments have contactless access, which is very convenient. Addresses: Romanovskaya Sloboda, 1, Leningradskaya 1a.
But the apartments are in very poor condition. On Romanovskaya Street, even more or less, but on Leningradskaya, the apartment has a terrible smell, the toilet door won't close, woodlice are running around in the bathroom, a lot of dust, old furniture, shabby creaking floors.
The apartments are not being monitored at all, they have not been renovated for a very long time. The apartments look much more decent in the photo than in reality.
