We stayed at this rental for a few days. On our departure day, we were supposed to check out by 11:00. Just as we were still preparing, exactly at 11:00, the staff barged in without warning and tried to force us out. We also received harassing phone calls telling us to leave, with them shouting at us. It was completely unprofessional and made us feel very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place.

The apartment is clean, the renovation is not the first freshness, but you can live. The kitchen has all the appliances and utensils. Each room has a wardrobe for storing clothes. The beds are comfortable. The bed linen was fresh and smelled good, and the towels were also clean and unwashed. Liquid soaps, shampoos and shower gels were present. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a five-storey building, there is no elevator. The windows overlook the courtyard. Very convenient location: 10 meters from the house is the entrance to the subway, in the next building there is a shopping mall. The eviction took place remotely. There are comments: there are no curtains in the bedroom, the windows face east and the sun is shining brightly in the morning; the sofa in the living room is stained and stained, it was unpleasant to sit on it. The presence of dark curtains and dry cleaning of the sofa would make this apartment ideal for living.

We booked a room for a day at the Novotel Apartments at 10 Volodarsky Street. We really liked everything - the room was clean, had a pleasant smell, clean linen, towels, filtered water, tea and coffee, all necessary hygiene products, and a comfortable bed. We liked everything, we recommend it! We paid online, contactless check-in via an electronic lock. It is very convenient and does not create unnecessary fuss. The room has a special feature - transparent glass in the shower and toilet. But it didn't make us uncomfortable. We definitely recommend apartments in the city center within walking distance of attractions, cafes and restaurants for a short stay.
