Well, gentlemen, this is.... Well, you get it. In more detail, drivers treat orders too selectively - according to the principle "I will not go there, there are no return orders". It is almost impossible to leave for remote areas until you include an additional margin. Call center operators to the question "Which one... is the order expected in 2+ hours?" The answer is "High workload, drivers process orders as they are released." Guys, this is not normal. In the city, one in three taxis wherever you look, and orders are processed as if there are only 2.5 drivers per ± 400k of the population in the city. I'm not going to overpay just because the driver, you see, does not want to go to a remote area, because it's difficult to take a return order there. This is your job, not your evening leisure. PS: If you live in a remote area, and buses no longer run, then you have a choice either to move closer to the center, or to pay 3k+ for Yandex taxi.

in the evenings, it is impossible to wait for a taxi at all. you wait for 1-2 hours. the call center tells you that the workload is high, great. even if the cars are not ordered, they stupidly do not accept the order. actually, why did you go to taxi if you're sitting and not taking an order? Stay at home. It's the same thing. some drivers don't even know the rules of the road and can stupidly drive without wearing a seat belt or staring at the phone, not to mention that some drivers may smoke in front of a passenger or obscene someone on the phone (and I'm not making up, but telling my situations). in general, the service is terrible. learn to respect the passengers so that they will respect you later, my dear ones.

But at times when I ordered a taxi, they incorrectly wrote down the address, confused the places from where and where, which is why I got wet in the rain, they do not arrive before arrival. It's a long time to wait! The last time I ordered a taxi, I waited for 35 minutes, my grandfather arrived and began to harass and offer to go to him and not to the specified address. And I was driving alone late at night! previously, at least they sent the driver's license plate number, but now there is no data. I have always adhered to the principle of supporting domestic production and service. And now I don't think I'm going to use the aparu service.
