A non-customer-oriented bank. There is 1 operator, and the waiting time is 40 minutes. The others are at lunch. I arrived 2 hours later, another operator is also alone, also issues a loan and the waiting time is 1 hour. It's just nonsense. I wanted to open the cards and deposit with you, but with such service, I think I will refuse. How can one operator work in a single office, it's just a game…

Apex Bank is the worst bank I've ever encountered!!! The ATM ate the card, the staff did not help, "24/7 support service" is a lie. In a critical situation, we were left without money and help. The bank refuses even trusted persons, ignores the needs of customers and is absolutely not responsible for its own faulty ATMs. I never recommend it! The worst customer service. Take care of yourself and choose more reliable banks.

The ATM has swallowed the card, there is zero efficiency, only apologies for the inconvenience. You also have to wait 5 days for the card to be returned, and then you have to go to the head office yourself and pick up the card. I do not recommend this bank at all
