Apex Bank is the worst bank I've ever encountered!!! The ATM ate the card, the staff did not help, "24/7 support service" is a lie. In a critical situation, we were left without money and help. The bank refuses even trusted persons, ignores the needs of customers and is absolutely not responsible for its own faulty ATMs. I never recommend it! The worst customer service. Take care of yourself and choose more reliable banks.

The exchange rate is bad! They change rubles at the lowest exchange rate, pretending that they don't know how others do it. The rate at the neighboring bank is much more profitable. They turn on the "fool" when you ask questions. Very muddy staff! They lie a lot. They constantly go back and forth just stalling for time. Questions are not solved! Do not choose this bank!

Their faulty ATM No. 062 swallowed my card, ruining my stay in Uzbekistan. For several days, they could not resolve my issue, although they contacted me both by phone and by email. I had to go home without my card. They let me down very badly. Because of your faulty ATM, I had to pay a lot of fees.

I do not recommend using their ATMs in general. You'll lose a lot of time and nerves. More than once, the ATM simply ate the money (during currency exchange) or the plastic card itself. I asked them to return it, they said they would review the application within 5 days: That's great, because I didn't give up this money for nothing at that moment) They called the following week on Friday (their last working day) at 4 p.m. (an hour before closing time) and told me that I could pick up. With all my desire, I would not have been able to physically pick them up in time. Anyway, I came to pick it up next week and before that I clarified with the operator that I would not have to wait. I didn't have to)) I sat for half an hour waiting for my money to be returned to me, which the bank, in fact, stole. As a result, I lost a lot of nerves, and most importantly, time. If you value the most precious thing you have in any way, then I definitely would not recommend this bank.

I do not recommend using the ATMs of this bank, as I recently put a lot of money on the card, but the ATM stupidly withheld it and did not return it, after which it issued a card and a check in which there was no information about replenishment, cancellation or refund of cash. After 2 minutes, I called the bank and explained the situation, but the operator did not understand my situation and thought that I was withdrawing from the card and the ATM did not give me money, I found out later when they called me back 3 days later on my request. So 3 days later, a bank employee calls and introduces himself, then he tells me that my transaction was canceled and the funds were returned to the card and he asked me to check, but I couldn't do it because the mobile Internet doesn't work when the cellular connection is running in parallel and I told him that I would call back, but they didn't give me any money. They didn't return the funds to the card, which was to be expected, and it was completely crazy how they could return the funds to the card if I was depositing in cash. The next day, I called again and was told that my application was closed because the funds had been returned, to which I replied that nothing had been returned to me and asked to create a new application, but in a raised moderate tone, then I dictated all the information from the receipt (date, time, ATM number) the operator accepted the application and he called back 10 minutes later and said that at such a time and on such a date, there was no operation on this ATM number and there was no video recording at that time . The proceedings are still underway, but I think through their office to write an application addressed to the director of the bank! In any case, it's up to you, but I would not advise you to use it otherwise, you can, like me, foolishly put down your entire monthly salary and be left without anything! Below I will attach a receipt with a minimum of information and this ATM is located in Yangihaet district at the fourth metro station on the territory of Korzinka. The last thing I want to point out is that this ATM is not displayed on the map on their website in the offices and ATMs section.
