I arrived at the hotel at 14-10, when booking it was written that check-in was from 12:00 - the room was not ready yet, they asked me to wait an hour. I asked to see the room - for the money (7000 at home with breakfast), the room is not bad - the bamboo mattress. The toilet was located almost directly against the wall - not the best solution, but, apparently, any other places would have suffered during installation in another place. The room had a small window at the top of the wall. One of the advantages is a private house with a large territory, an on-site swimming pool and a recreation area. There is a table tennis table. The center of Yerevan is 15 km away, which is about 40 minutes by car - this is both a plus and a minus - for those who do not have a car, it will be somewhat problematic to get there. After looking at the room and hearing that it was necessary to wait another hour, my wife and I were forced to leave, as we were in a hurry to go somewhere else and planned to quickly settle in, do our business and leave. I was asked to wait for the owner - I waited, we said hello, he asked why I wanted to cancel, I explained the situation, and asked to cancel the reservation, I heard from him that I needed to leave the territory and he would not help with canceling the reservation. I said thank you, said goodbye and left the territory, as the owner said. Armenia is famous for its hospitality, so I attribute this situation to the owner's bad mood. Suggestions for improving the business: try to keep track of punctuality, and if it is indicated that check-in is possible from 12, try to comply with this. Increase customer orientation.
