I arrived at the hotel at 14-10, when booking it was written that check-in was from 12:00 - the room was not ready yet, they asked me to wait an hour. I asked to see the room - for the money (7000 at home with breakfast), the room is not bad - the bamboo mattress. The toilet was located almost directly against the wall - not the best solution, but, apparently, any other places would have suffered during installation in another place. The room had a small window at the top of the wall. One of the advantages is a private house with a large territory, an on-site swimming pool and a recreation area. There is a table tennis table. The center of Yerevan is 15 km away, which is about 40 minutes by car - this is both a plus and a minus - for those who do not have a car, it will be somewhat problematic to get there. After looking at the room and hearing that it was necessary to wait another hour, my wife and I were forced to leave, as we were in a hurry to go somewhere else and planned to quickly settle in, do our business and leave. I was asked to wait for the owner - I waited, we said hello, he asked why I wanted to cancel, I explained the situation, and asked to cancel the reservation, I heard from him that I needed to leave the territory and he would not help with canceling the reservation. I said thank you, said goodbye and left the territory, as the owner said. Armenia is famous for its hospitality, so I attribute this situation to the owner's bad mood. Suggestions for improving the business: try to keep track of punctuality, and if it is indicated that check-in is possible from 12, try to comply with this. Increase customer orientation.

If you want to travel inexpensively to the country and away from the center, then this is just for you. Very friendly hosts, clean, quiet. They treat you to fresh fruits and berries that are in the garden. Swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, barbecue… There are separate houses and rooms for 2-3 people. There are small disadvantages - in the evening we stayed on the territory without any staff at all. The breakfast is pretty mediocre, but the fact that it is included at such a low price is more of a plus, not a minus)))

Thank you very much to the host for the gorgeous hospitality, we have never had such a gorgeous check-in in our life, a house with a pool and this is a big plus, after excursions to swim in the pool or in the Jacuzzi it is very chic in such heat. Then we get up in the morning and what we see is a big handsome Ararat there is no limit to happiness❤️❤️❤️🙌🙌🙌, the owner always treats you with something, the bed is always ironed and there are slippers and toothbrushes and shampoos, a refrigerator, a refrigerator, we don't discuss it at all because there is in every room. There is table tennis on the ground floor and there is a TV, but there is no time to watch it. The yard is always clean and there is Parking for those who come by car. I will definitely come and recommend it to those who are looking for a great vacation!!!!!🙌🙌🙌❤️❤️❤️🫶🫶🫶🌺🌺🌺

This is a great place to relax. It seems to be almost a suburb, but the center of Yerevan is 20 minutes away by bus. A swimming pool, an incredible view of Ararat and wonderful hosts. We will definitely come back and recommend it to everyone! ❤️

The place is pleasant, quiet, and has everything you need. Swimming pool, hammocks, guitar, board games, library. It's a bit far from the city, but there are bus stops nearby. There is one unpleasant disadvantage: there is no fan pipe in the sewer system. Because of this, an unpleasant odor from the sewer is often present in the living room, which cannot be removed in any way. It is necessary to solve this problem and bring the system to mind.

Unfortunately, I was careless enough to stay at this hotel from March 9 to March 10, 2025 between flights. I chose a hotel on Booking.com due to the availability of a free shuttle service to and from the airport. I contacted the owner of the facility through Booking, and he confirmed the information about a free transfer from and to the airport. The correspondence on the booking page has been preserved. The hotel representative was supposed to be waiting for me in the arrivals area with an Apex sign. However, my flight was delayed and I was sure that they were no longer waiting for me, and while I was going through customs, I went to Yandex.Go to see the taxi prices (AMD 2,700 to the hotel), as it was necessary to exchange the required amount for AMD. However, a representative of the hotel was waiting for me and brought me safely to the hotel, we drove for 35-40 minutes. He showed me where my room was N4 and left. The water in the room was heated through a boiler, which no one had turned on in advance, there was no strength to deal with the boiler and wait for the water to heat up (besides, I was afraid to turn it on myself, since there were water stains). I just went to bed. The bed is comfortable, I slept well. There is an air conditioner, I turned it on for heating because it was cold. The blinds on the windows were broken, wouldn't close, and the number was as on the screen. Towels and disposable slippers are provided, there are no toiletries. The Wi-Fi wasn't working. In the morning we were fed a standard breakfast: boiled eggs, cheese, sausage, pita bread, coffee/tea of your choice, jam. Then the most interesting thing began: the owner of the hotel, Armen, arrived and demanded money for yesterday's transfer in the amount of 5,000 drams (it was 2,700 via Yandex.Go). After I said that I would apply for a Booking and I needed a receipt for my transfer, the hotel owner said that he was not the Treasury and did not give receipts, and that there was no transfer back and I needed to call a taxi. I took a taxi back to the airport, or rather, I got to the city and then to the airport by bus, so it was cheaper. By the way, please note when visiting this hotel that it is not located in Yerevan, but in the private sector, 15-20 minutes drive to the city, and there are no shops within walking distance. I'm not going to this hotel anymore, under any circumstances. The owner of the hotel is a liar, does not keep his word, tries to cash in and deceive the guests.

It's just a wonderful place! For such a price, the service is simply the highest. Everything is clean, neat, it is clear that the repair was done with a soul! And what a delicious breakfast it was! Noodles, sliced sausage, vegetables, herbs, bread, butter, cheese, various jams, sauces, spreads, yogurt! Well, it's just great. I will definitely come again. Personally, I like the location, nature and silence, birds are singing and Ararat stands in all its greatness 🤌🏻

It is located in the suburbs of Yerevan and is far from the best place. We stopped by at night and barely found it with a navigator. No lantern, no sign. It's creepy. We were glad to have found it, we were very tired after a difficult flight. The glass doors in the room and the window without blinds and curtains were discouraged. Like in an aquarium. Maybe everything is still in the process of settling in, but there is not enough comfort. Although, judging by the current ball valve in the shower, they have been working for years. The concept of a C-grade service.
