I am giving 3 stars because we have been to this branch several times but we could not get the taste, juiciness and freshness of the pizza and got dry pizza. The pizza is either made by unprofessionals or they add stale ingredients.

Хорошое место где можно отметить день рождения ребёнка, посидеть с друзьями, есть первый этаж(самообслуживании) второй этаж(есть официанты) + пента зона отдыха ,АКЦИИ ПОСТОЯННЫЕ 🥳 почему 4 звёзды бывает не успевают выдать вовремя заказ . работает 24/7 + есть доставка от 20.000 сумм

Пришли по ваучеру в 350 тыс сум. Где чёрным по белому написано бесплатное посещение 5х детей в пентозоне и 2 пиццы медиум. Персонал замешкался и во главе менеджера в наглую намекал на полную оплату и всё время под разными предлогами портил нам настроение и весь вечер .Итак , возникает вопрос: зачем придумывать акции , ваучеры и т.п. ,если заведение и его персонал не готовы к такой терминологии по сути и не понимают , что эти слова обозначают. За счёт оплатили до копеечки. Дело не в деньгах, дело в принципе. Такими темпами нам ещё очень далеко даже до соседских стран СНГ . Атмосфера отличная , еда вкусная, зона для детей продуманная и яркая ,думала, что буду рекомендовать направо и налево , дни рождения справлять ,но ... персонал подвёл, увы. Как одна из сотрудниц пиццерии сказала : это уже "Узбекистан".

Никогда не были у вас, решили зайти. Сотрудники попросту не обращали на нас внимания, а когда я спросил про размер пиццы в сантиметрах - никто так и не смог адекватно ответить. Дальше нас просто перестали обслуживать, несмотря на просьбы принять заказ и мы благополучно ушли

Не ожидал подвоха от них, после моей незначительной критики меня удалили из клиентской базы, хотя я писал жирность ихних пицц, обслуживание у них хорошее а вот качество упало, жаль.

Заведение ужасное. Заказали салат " цезарь " но цезарем и не пахнет 👎Как понимаю в цезаре должны быть, помидорки черри, сыр, куриное мясо, нарезанные крупными кусаками, и сухари. А здесь ничего кроме старых листьев салата, и пару кусков старого помидора не оказалось 👎 Вообщем не советую 👎

Обслуживание ужасное(( пиццу принесли через 60-80 минут, не вкусная(( туда только ради игровой площадки можно ходить

В ресторане на втором этаже подали кофе в бумажном стакане. На вкус ужасный. Пицца очень средняя. Чек за кофе и маленькую пиццу – 90000 сум.
Больше никогда не подойду к ним близко.

Пицца вкусная, НО заплатить 137 000 сумов, ждать 2 часа доставки, при условии, что обещали привезти за час, а потом получить абсолютно холодную пиццу при условии, что дом доставки находится в 30 минутах ходьбы. Сервис на нуле, очень жаль :с
