I issued the card without waiting in line. We have opened accounts in dinars and multicurrency. A questionnaire is sent in advance and in response is invited to the office for a specific time. It wasn't cold in the hospital. The specialist speaks Russian and English. The card is issued every two weeks.

I recommend bypassing this bank. The account was opened longer than stated, the Visa card was received after a month and a half and at first they did not want to issue it, allegedly because, as we also opened the Dina card, we must wait until this card is ready and then receive both cards together. On the second day of trips to the bank, they asked to issue at least a Visa card. Thanks to the employee at the checkout. But we did not receive the Dina card after 3 months. The attitude of managers towards clients apparently depends on their mood on a particular day. Because one day they can communicate politely, and the other day they can communicate extremely negatively. The only good impressions left were from the girl at the checkout, who, without unnecessary words and dancing, just does her job.
