After 3 months, a defect appeared on the screen (a broken pixel). Having contacted the store with the requirement to replace the device with a new one (according to the ZoZPP), they began to "hang noodles" that they would take to Europe. In the act of acceptance and transfer, the deadline for "correcting deficiencies" is prescribed for this in 60 days (important: I did not require the elimination of deficiencies - I required a replacement. Even with the requirement to eliminate deficiencies in accordance with the ZoZPP, the period cannot be more than 30 days in agreement with the buyer). The seller in the store, in response to my remark about violating the law, said "I don't like it - buy bullhorns" and "we are guided by Apple's policy" on replacing devices (the store is located in the jurisdiction of the Republic of Belarus and is obliged to obey primarily the laws of the Republic of Belarus). I had to contact the management, make a pre-trial claim and communicate on the record with an explanation of the articles of the law. Only after that, the head promised to check the device within the time limits stipulated in the law on consumer protection (whose fault was the defect). At the end of the allotted week, I had to contact the head myself - they said that "the deadlines are being delayed" and agreed to refund the money. After this incident, improper deadlines (and absolute ignorance of the law on consumer protection by the store's employees) and the lowest level of service, we will never contact this store again and will not advise anyone.

I bought an iPhone 15 pro from this organization, the girl did not pay any attention to my friend and me from the very entrance ... it felt like we came to the bazaar for potatoes. They asked me to bring several models of different colors, and, of course, I wanted to see the boxes, for reliability (because the purchase is not for 3 kopecks anyway), to which they immediately received the answer: - girls, this is not a store, but a pick-up point, tell me immediately what color and model you need. Although I clarified all questions on the phone about the consultation in the store itself, because they asked me to drive up to the office myself, instead of arranging delivery.
In general, what is the result: after the purchase, they did not even offer to purchase anything additionally (power supply, case, protective glass); the girl did not help in any way, everything had to be pulled out by themselves and consulted with a friend through social networks (it took a lot of time for this), and the girl most likely just waited for her food delivery And she wanted us to get out of here as soon as possible.
I'm an unpretentious customer, but they could have already given me a bag.
I also called the warden, who sneered at us as if we were animals in a zoo.
