After a month and a half, I decided to change the cover, which fits more tightly, and as a result, the glass began to move away because it was crookedly glued (it was difficult to notice right away). They say that the plywood is paid, despite the fact that it is their joint. It's a shame considering it's not the first time I've been shopping here

I took an iPhone 11 Green for 64 GB on 10/23/2021. I arrived 30 minutes before closing time, but this did not become a problem. The green one remained only in the old configuration (with an adapter and headphones), I was very surprised about this, I did not think that this was still possible) There is no doubt about the originality of the device. The serial number was breaking through, the device was new. We also issued discounts on accessories and the device itself, which is good news. Is this some kind of prank? I came to the specified address - I searched for an entrance for 30 minutes, and did not find it. The manager picked up the phone at about the 10th attempt of the call, answered verbatim: "go around the perimeter of the house and find it." Is this normal? I ask if you can tell me at least the number of the entrance, to which they simply repeated their answer, added that they were on the 1st floor next to the insurance and the raspberry (?), there was no need to go up to the second floor. I walked around the perimeter of the first floor, then the second, looked from the side of the residential courtyard, did not find, did not buy anything, spent my time. Office 308 is indicated- it is located on the opposite side of the house from the point indicated on the map, and there is a completely different office.
Unfortunately, photos were uploaded only at home, where it can be seen that the entrance is never on the ground floor at all and not next to the insurance. in general, my advice is not to be lazy like me and go to a normal electronics store if you value your time and money) And I advise you to change the manager, there is no salesman from him, they called from home when they asked if there was a cord - the answer was "look at the site"

I wanted to buy an iPhone 11 pro 256 mb, I dialed on the phone and confirmed the cost and availability. I stopped by on the wrong way and took money from my card for a purchase. When I arrived, I was stunned, there was no stock and there was no way they could remove the "11 pro" positions from their website, and I didn't ask or hear on the phone if this seller was not working well on the market. I wasted my time.

I bought an iPhone 7 Plus 32gb in August and used it until 2021. I decided to sell and reset all settings to factory settings. Then the phone refused to accept any SIM cards. It turned out that it was locked by an American mobile operator and turned, in fact, into a brick. Apparently, this store orders iPhones from the USA, unlocks them until the next reset and sells them.Before resetting the settings, it worked OK, I accepted all SIM cards. So I do not recommend buying in this store.
