I applied a year ago with a problem (the phone turned off and didn't turn on anymore), they took me for diagnostics, I was diagnosed for about 3 weeks, I had to constantly call myself and ask what was with the phone (they didn't care at all and no one wanted to move in any way) in the end they didn't say anything about what was with the phone and refused to do, I gave it to another service and it turned out that the original parts were replaced with Chinese ones, it was a shame, the phone could not be restored, I do not recommend this store and regret that I went there myself.
