A sweet liquid got onto the MacBook keyboard, some keys began to stick and function differently when the device was running for a long time. Before contacting the center, I sent the MacBook to another center for cleaning twice, but the problem could not be fixed, there was no effect from cleaning. Without any hope, I turned to the Apple Jam service center (for luck). The staff of the center did a great job! Fast, high quality, and most importantly, everything works. I handled a floating MacBook defect (the keyboard and trackpad were turned off), the trackpad was replaced for the first time, I paid and everything worked fine for a couple of weeks, but suddenly the problem returned (fortunately they give a 3-month warranty)

Next, a series of identical cycles, where I take the macbook - the trackpad is changed again (under warranty) - everything works for about a week - stops (and so 4-5 times)

At some point, these identical and ineffective actions reached a boiling point, the guarantee is about to expire, but nothing new is being done, the problem remains and the money is paid + difficulties with work (macbook is my working tool).

After that, I write an angry message and they give me a replacement MacBook PRO fund (it became clear that the approach had been changed), they twisted and turned for a long time, but in the end they replaced the motherboard without additional payment and everything has been working fine for half a year
.
P.S. This was the second SC in the first, the problem was not solved, but here, even if not immediately, they did it and found an approach to the burning client. Now I recommend it to all my friends and thank them for their work.

The phone didn't turn on. After a week of waiting, they returned it turned on but did not catch the network. The reasons why the network does not catch, they did not clearly say, there are only excuses. At another service across the street. The master disassembled the phone in front of me, the entire board was covered with flux inside, there were not enough bolts, everything looked very careless, at my request, the master soldered the motherboard in front of me and showed that the eprom chip was damaged (chipped) in which data on modem setup was encrypted. That is, the modem will not work without this data. moreover, this damage is physical. Apparently, the short circuit on the board was removed, after which the phone turned on but the modem part was broken. With such damages, the phone will never catch the network again, as explained to me, because the part is unique and cannot be replaced
Repair prices are sky-high. The quality of the work is low, avoid it.

Definitely the best service center. The guys are professionals in their field, there is a pleasant atmosphere inside the service center, you can pass the waiting time sitting on cozy sofas playing a game console or flipping through business magazines.
This is exactly the service where you will first be asked about the defect, they will try to fix it without mechanical intervention, they will give you good advice, and if they can't solve the problem anymore. They will change the part. (What I saw today (12/01/2021), I came to replace the earpiece on the phone, but it turned out that it was just clogged with dirt (I tried to clean it myself, the dirt was not visible externally) after which the specialist removed it and did not even take money for it, although he could not even delve into the essence problems and simply replace this speaker).

I will share a life hack for apple growers! I checked it myself.
We go to AppleJam and buy any Used phone from them, for example, we bought an iPhone 7 128 for 600 rubles (conditionally)
The guys give a 3-month warranty on the device. I bought it that way, but exactly 2.5 months later the phone stopped working adequately (the connection and the SIM card disappeared) and brought it back, asking to check, and I forgot about the warranty, at the same time I took 600 rubles just in case, there were no funds for a new one, but to go to a used one from the ad is another quest, That's actually why I went to AppleJam to get my phone.
In general, we looked at and sentenced the phone, the repair is expensive and simpler the same ... I immediately went to the phone rack and began to wonder what was available and prices.
And what is my surprise, the guys picked up the data on my faulty phone, reminded me themselves!!! that I was with them and the phone is still under warranty (the same 3 months)
And it's free to choose from!!! They gave 2 similar tubes!!! We transferred the data to a new phone for free, gave a case, pasted glass!!! Where else could this be??!!
I was in a very pleasant shock!!!
And now the cherry on the cake!!!! I asked the guys if I was handing back the phone, then at what price it would be appreciated, they told me that about half of the price I charged, great!!! We walk with the phone for 3 months, save up for a higher class and voila, in a year from 7 we reach the last 13 models!!!
