We contacted a couple of days ago with the problem of a malfunction of the touch panel of the washing machine, we agreed very quickly, no one reminded anyone of anything. Dmitry arrived himself at the appointed time, everything was promptly repaired.

We contacted about the repair of the built-in IKEA refrigerator, for a long time we could not find a master, no one wanted to take it. Here the master immediately agreed, came 2 times for diagnosis, found the problem and replaced the desired sensor. The diagnosis took longer than the repair, but it is clear that the master knows his job and does not change everything. The master is cultured, no unnecessary conversations, everything is on business, he comes with his slippers, does not leave garbage behind. The price is also adequate (we were already going to buy a new refrigerator because we couldn't find anyone for a long time). Thank you very much!

The master is specific, precise, polite and obliging.
The built-in dishwasher broke down, in one place they said "we'll pick it up next week, we'll fix it in two weeks", and in another "get it out of the kitchen yourself, we'll come pick it up".
Dmitry responded immediately, arrived immediately, fixed everything at once, gave an official warranty with a seal.
Two weeks - the dishwasher works as it should!

I would like to express my deep gratitude to Master Dmitry for repairing the Samsung washing machine.
We noticed that the drum of the machine rotates in a figure of eight. We called Dmitry and made an appointment for tomorrow. The master arrived on time, made a diagnosis. It turned out that serious repairs were required - replacement of the crosspiece. I calculated the price, after approval I wrote out a receipt and took the car for repair. Two days later, I called that the washing machine was ready. I brought it myself, installed it, checked it, issued a 6-month warranty, punched the receipt. The result is that the car works like new.

Добрый вечер! Хочу оставить отзыв о ремонте моей помощницы-посудомойки Веко. Так случилось, что она забарахлила в пятницу вечером... получилось дозвониться до мастера Дмитрия. После уточняющих вопросов он принял заказ и в субботу, после обеда, приехал. После обследования выяснилось, что сдох насос. Согласилась на ремонт, т.к. без посудомойки никак. Спасибо мастеру за оперативность и качество ремонта!

Искали мастера из этой фирмы обещал приехать так и не приехал. Что совсем не понятно. По расписанию в яндексе это мастерская должна работать. Приехали по данному адресу. Дверь закрыта. На бумажке приклеенной на дверях написан сайт. На сайте Лидский адрес. Возможно это какой-то не понятный филиал. Приезжий мастер. Ответственности ноль.

Холодильник думала выкинуть. Позвонила мастеру, не расчитывая ни на что. Была удивлена ,что ремонт возможен.А еще больше удивила аперативность.Всё быстро.Холодильник работает и гарантия на услугу у меня год.Приятно , мастер позвонил на следующий день,узнал всё ли работает.

Не первый раз оращаюсь к этому мастеру.На этот раз моя стиралка LG не грела воду,проблема оказалась в ТЭНе.После замены начала греть.Быстро,качественно,сделал небольшую скидку на ремонт,как постоянному клиенту.
