It was a huge mistake to order a product from them after all the correspondence with the manager of this organization. Don't waste money and time, it's better to contact another organization right away. On September 9, an order was placed and an advance payment was made for the product (three-dimensional light structure). The contractor under the contract undertakes to complete the work within 15 working days from the date of prepayment. We arrived for installation in 19 working days, and I had to write to the manager myself and find out when the product would be ready and installed. The manager did not consider it necessary to warn about the postponement. No one thought to apologize either. The construction was brought in a protective film. The installers warned us that we would not remove the film ourselves until they install the product and then remove the film themselves. After the film was removed, we saw defects in the product, which we told the installers about. The joints of the product were uneven, with gaps and carelessly made. Although the manager assured me that the joint would be minimal, even particularly inconspicuous. The edge of the aluminum composite is also raised near the central joint (in the most visible place for the eyes). One of the installers confirmed that it was a manufacturing defect. Inside, the structure has no appearance at all: everything is filled with silicone (glue?), although the internal appearance was also important, because it is visible to the eyes. One edge was cut so unevenly that it does not become level. My message to the manager about a substandard product was answered, why didn't I tell the installers about it. To which I replied what I had said. Then there was a request to give them some time to resolve the issue. After that, silence. And when I asked again on my own what had been decided on this issue, the same manager answered me: "Write an official complaint." To my question: how can I contact the director, the manager's answer is no way, he only has a personal number and all communication is only through her. The organization is absolutely not customer-oriented. The construction is poorly made (photo attached).
