The child's ears were pierced in another salon, one earring fell out while they were driving home (it did not fasten at the puncture and the master did not check). When we wanted to return so that the master could put the earring back in, we were told that the child (3 years old) he unbuttoned the earring himself so that they could insert it themselves and that there was no master and would only be in a day, but the fresh puncture overgrown very quickly and there was no time to wait. As a result, I called the salon closest to the house, it turned out to be the Apriori salon, where a pleasant, friendly receptionist said she would talk to the master and they would try to help us. The receptionist called back and told us to come over in a few hours when the master would be in place. We came, we were met by a cheerful and positive piercing master, I explained the situation and she said she would help, although she does not work with children and does not work with pistols, but only with a needle. As a result, I found an approach to the child, inserted an earring and helped not only humanly, but also professionally - I corrected the bad work of the master of another salon. Even the child said that he would come again))) And the administrator is the face of the salon, this is the person who makes the first impression on customers, after which customers decide whether they choose this salon or some other. And the administrator of the salon Apriori left only a positive impression, listened, called back, met) Such administrators and craftsmen are worth their weight in gold. This is customer orientation, professionalism, and a high level of customer service both at the initial stage (conversation with the administrator) and in the master's office. This is the case when people work in their place and work efficiently and professionally, and not just work a shift. Thank you very much!!!!!!

Недавно записалась в этот салон, чтобы подстричь челку. К сожалению, в день записи появились неотложные дела, и пришлось перенести запись на 18.00. В назначенный день в 17.00 мне звонит девушка администратор, в грубой форме отчитывая меня, что я не явилась. На мое замечание о том, что я записывалась не на 17.00, а 18.00 (так как работаю до 17.00) мне ответили, что больше в этом салоне меня не будут обслуживать. Просьба или вести запись разговоров с клиентами или вылечить от глухоты администратора, и научить ее общаться с людьми. Иначе растеряете всех постоянных клиентов. Я точно больше не ногой. Хотя мастера хорошие. Очень жаль
