The room is spacious, with a balcony. The room has a large bed, a sofa (can be folded into a sleeping place), air conditioning, a TV, a small refrigerator, but enough to cool drinks and preserve fruits and cheeses. Teapot, cups, saucers, teaspoons. The bathroom is in the room. Room cleaning every day, linen change every 3-4 days, towels even more often. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is homemade and very tasty! Perhaps someone will want variety, but we were very impressed with the quality and composition of the food. If the dishes are made from meat, then you won't find anything else besides meat) For breakfast: two porridges to choose from, boiled eggs, omelet, cottage cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, jam (from Feijoa?)) Tea, coffee, milk. A couple of soups for lunch to choose from, a couple of side dishes, a double hot dish (for example: goulash and cutlets, or fried chicken wings and stuffed peppers...), watermelon for lunch or other fruits were served almost every day…Compote. For dinner, too, everything is paired and garnished, and hot. And very tasty airy pastries. In general, we were satisfied with our digestive tract too), no disorders! I would like to say separately about the beach and the sea!!! Everything is superlative! If I go to Abkhazia again, it's only here) The beach is pebbly, they constantly clean it in the morning and during the day so that there are no mountains of garbage from us tourists. There is a strip of beautiful Pitsunda pine trees along the beach.… It is very convenient to hide from the scorching rays of the sun in its shade, and even phyto-therapy: both the smell of the sea and the aroma of conifers… And the sea is clean, transparent, even at depth you can see the bottom, and it is very affectionate and warm! In general, Abkhazia was very pleased)

Good day to all! We were lucky enough to have a rest in this wonderful hotel - APSARA (white building) from 05.08.25-17.08.25. We liked absolutely everything. The hotel is located about 150 meters from the sea, which is a 3-4-minute walk away in the shade of southern plants and Pitsunda pines. Our room was a junior suite on the 7th floor, very spacious, and the view from the balcony was amazing. Wet cleaning of the room was carried out every day, the girls and the maids did their best, for which I thank them very much. The elevator was working properly, and we had no power outages. The food in the dining room was very tasty and satisfying.There was always plenty of everything, if something ran out, they immediately replenished it.I would like to express my special gratitude to Katya, the senior employee of the canteen, for her hard work. We arrived earlier with the children, tried to move in as quickly as possible, and did it.The renovation and furniture are fresh,everything is clean and tidy.The room has a refrigerator, kettle, cups, spoons, air conditioning, a hairdryer in the bathroom, and an iron in the hallway. In the bathroom there are shampoos and gels, soap, a basin (this is so that you don't carry around with you like we do)) Room cleaning is daily, and linen and towels are changed every 3 days. The hotel is quiet, the neighbors are quiet, and there are no loud noises nearby. As for the food, this is not a restaurant, so you should not expect any frills, but the choice of dishes was there, they never left hungry.I agree that there are not enough vegetables and fruits, but we bought them ourselves. There is a small slide nearby for children, and a small playground on the beach. There is Wi-Fi, we lived on the 2nd floor, the connection was good. In general, this place is ideal for a quiet and relaxing holiday, we were looking for it, we liked it. Thank you for your hospitality!
