It is possible to agree on where to eat afterwards, regardless of the housing. - room cleaning, bed linen change, adding toilet paper daily. - change towels, add soap, gel and shampoo - once every three days. - there are no maintenance claims. - the hotel has its own powerful generator with auto-switching for a couple of seconds, so there is always electricity and working wi-fi with good speed. - In 2025, a talented young violinist performed a three-hour concert twice a week in the cafe at the hotel. There are no empty seats. For hotel guests, 12-15 chairs without tables are additionally placed in several rows.

Hello. Convenient location - 3 minutes from the sea..There is a mini park with pine trees nearby. You can take a walk and also take shelter from the sun on the beach. The hotel is clean. Very large rooms (junior suite) I don't want to dance))). The bed is very big. The linen is white, clean, without stains. The room has a kettle, cups, dishes, spoons, glasses, and even a corkscrew. Fridge. There is a hair dryer, I don't know about the quality - we didn't use it. The only thing I didn't like was that you can smoke on the balcony and, accordingly, all the smoke from smoking in the neighboring rooms was our guest. And we don't like it because we don't smoke. The cleaning is mediocre. There is no variety of food. Nearby there is a shop, a first-aid kit and delicious coffee shops. There are also tents with souvenirs.

We liked the hotel, the excellent location, the Hollywood pines on the beach are just a fairy tale, the purest sea. Three meals a day (buffet) - not to be confused with the Turkish buffet! Otherwise, there are a lot of reviews specifically on nutrition. Yes, there wasn't much choice, but everything was fine with us and we definitely weren't hungry there. We ate only at the hotel, so there was no poisoning! The staff ate the same way from the common table, I think they definitely won't do anything bad for themselves))) We got a junior suite with two windows and a view of the picturesque mountains right from the bed. There is a private fenced parking for cars with lighting. The lights are often turned off, but this does not particularly affect the hotel, as the power immediately switches to its huge generator.

In the room there is a kettle, a tea pair, glasses Minuses: One big one is food. It's delicious, but very monotonous, everything has become boring in 5 days. And not enough for all the guests. There could be no vegetables and fruits at all in a day. In season! Fruits could run out 40-50 minutes before the end of lunch, they did not take out any extra. There was a situation at breakfast when sour cream and jam ran out 40 minutes before the end of breakfast. To my request to bring something else into the hall, the answer is: "we don't, it's over." That is, for almost 10 thousand rubles / day, I was offered to go to the store (it is nearby) and buy sour cream for myself. At the same time, at breakfast: pancakes, pancakes. You cook flour, can you think what it is with? In general, my son got the impression that there is a shortage of food in Abkhazia, and I have the impression that all Abkhazian hoteliers are outright greedy and goons. I repeat, for 10 thousand a day you can adequately feed, so that there is a desire to return! But the download is full, so you don't have to worry about the service: they will still buy and eat pasta with buckwheat for breakfast, lunch and dinner. That's the logic. This is not a country of soul and hospitality for sure, it is beautiful beaches and the sea. I will not return to any hotel, especially with meals in Abkhazia. Only the private sector with a kitchen: I can cook pasta with buckwheat myself, since they don't feed others here in hotels. I can also buy tomatoes and cucumbers, since there is no money for them in hotels.

Walk quite a bit through the pine grove. The Pitsunda pine tree is right on the beach. People are located in the heat right under the trees. No umbrellas are needed. One disadvantage of this hotel is that there is practically no territory of its own. A few benches at the entrance under the palm trees and that's it. The photo shows the view from the balcony. In general, I liked the food, we ate a lot, there was something delicious every time. Although the set of dishes is not to say that it is extensive. The only downside is that there was a strange mess with full board. We were told that we could pay for both dinner and lunch at the buffet. On the first day we went to dinner, 450 rubles per person, the child is free. 900 rubles for dinner for a family - we were happy to take it, as we usually had 2+ tr meals in a cafe. We ate, everything is delicious. The next day, after breakfast, we extend 1800, they say, we ask for lunch and dinner. We are told that we can't do this anymore. Only if you buy a fully equipped boarding house. But you already have to pay 450 rubles for the child. We gave away 19 tr, not that it's a pity, we would hardly have found a better alternative here for this money, but these dances with the terms of buying food spoiled the experience. A slight feeling that they are inventing conditions on the go.

The food in the dining room is delicious, but quite monotonous, we were there for 20 days and sometimes I wanted to have dinner somewhere in a restaurant or buy fresh fruit, but the quality of the food is excellent! It takes 3-5 minutes to walk to the sea at a lazy pace, a beautiful park on the shore, pine trees and the sea, where there are a lot of dolphins! The staff is polite and considerate. We had a rest a week ago at this hotel. It is located in the village of Ldza. I must say right away, there is no embankment or parties here. A hotel for a quiet and relaxing stay. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. For a three-star hotel, the room should have shampoo, shower gel, bottled water, slippers. We lived in a junior suite, and when we checked in, we found only a piece of soap. The food is super. Everything is delicious and fresh at home. The dining room is always clean. The territory is well maintained. I recommend the hotel.

Great Hotel! I was pleasantly surprised that there is such a Hotel in Abkhazia! Clean spacious rooms, bed linen is always clean, not washed, changed every 3 days. The staff is polite and helpful. Excellent dining room, good buffet, everything is very tasty at home.
