In 2024, we visited Abkhazia. We had a guided tour "Legends of the Dioscurias". We really enjoyed it. We were met at the airport on time, we lived in the Tali guest house in Sukhumi, friendly hostess, excellent breakfasts, thank you very much) The tour program is thoughtful, rich and, at the same time, not tedious. Immediately at the beginning of the tour, I informed the guide that I intended to climb to Find the head. The driver and the guide took my statement with reluctance and immediately began to say that more than half of the tourists would definitely not be recruited. During the tour, I insisted that the program was stated at will, but did not specify that at the request of the majority! The driver of the truck began to shout nervously that he would return the money to me and leave it in the mountains. The Milan guide also wanted to drop me off at first, but after apparently talking to the management of your company, they (the guide and the driver) no longer considered such a scenario! Think about it, another time they may leave some of the tourists in the mountains or in the forest! Employees are not stress-resistant, not customer-oriented, and that's just irresponsible! After that, Milena took me away and informed me that for my sake our route would still go through the Acquisition of the head! I was glad, my mood softened! As it turned out, not for long! The driver did not even turn in the direction of the route stated in the program - Finding the head, but immediately went to the city! I feel cheated! I took this program for this part of the route, which I stated at the beginning!
