I am very grateful for my visit to this pharmacy on November 10, 2025 around 10 a.m. The cozy and bright space immediately created a pleasant atmosphere, and the cleanliness and spaciousness are pleasing to the eye. I especially liked the comfortable table with chairs – it's so great to be able to sit down comfortably and take medications in a comfortable environment immediately after purchase. I was also pleasantly surprised by the variety of the assortment – here you can find almost everything you need, both for health and beauty. I would like to sincerely thank the pharmacist who served me. She greeted me with a sincere smile in a friendly atmosphere, listened attentively and explained everything about my medicine in detail. At that moment, when I was feeling unwell and a little lost, her care and patience really supported me. And thank you so much for helping me open the drops, which I couldn't open myself for a long time — without her, I wouldn't have been able to cope and would have continued to suffer pain. Such attentive and helpful staff make visiting the pharmacy really pleasant and relaxing. I wish there would be more and more such professionals. What happened to the pharmacy's operation at night? (after all, everything used to be great!?) We applied on the night of 08/23/2025 at about 0h 40 min. on the way to Minsk. We wanted to purchase several medications to stop an allergic reaction. The pharmacy has become like an impregnable checkpoint of a military organization . And the clients who were on the street felt like they were sitting in a cell, where a tiny transmission was issued through an iron armored window with a loud bang by a strict silent supervisor. Then, with the same sharp bang, it opens only to grab the money. The iron window slams shut with a bang in mid-sentence, the employee does not listen to any question about the next drug that needed to be bought, no question about the cost, not a single word, not a message that there is a queue behind us, so that the window does not close. As a result, we did not buy the necessary drugs, and we and the people standing behind us on the street waited a long time for the coveted rattling armored window of the "prison cell" to open.. The feelings were humiliating and insulting to the dignity of the customers . And it's not just us. The people in the queue were confused and at a loss. If an employee is so afraid of the night and ordinary customers, please limit her work at night. Sales and the image of an institution that is designed to help people, rather than "defend" and push them away, are being lost.
