Disposable gloves are sold for 1 piece for 1.4rubles, not for a pair. At the pharmacy, the man confidently said that it was necessary, although on the tabletka website.by was the name of the GLOVE… As a result, I paid for 4 pairs. This is the first time I've seen gloves sold piece by piece. Have a conversation with your employees about what goes by the piece and what goes in pairs, otherwise soon pills will be sold by the piece instead of packs!

I was here today, October 7 at about 14:00, the seller with glasses sold me Livarol, although I asked for a LIMENDA!!!! It's great that both drugs are for thrush, but they have different COMPOSITIONS! I live at the other end of the city, I stopped by my dad's, ran in to buy quickly, didn't look, and now what do I have to go to your magic pharmacy to hell in the middle of nowhere to change the goods? I'm just shocked, I haven't lived in Belarus for 2 years, and all the sellers here are just arrogant, a woman with glasses, if you read, wipe your glasses, the LIMENDA is NOT LIVAROL. Is it okay if your salesperson makes a mistake with more serious medications next time? You just don't know, I wish you a seller to live this night like me with a thrush, pleasant feelings are a two-biter!

I stood in line for 30 minutes today and before paying, they tell me that the nfc system is not working and I cannot pay with my phone.I didn't have a physical card and cash with me, so I had to go back to the car, take the card and stand in the same queue again. Please indicate at the entrance to the pharmacy that you do not pay by phone, so as not to waste people's time !!! And I would like to have at such a peak time (18-19) not one employee, but at least 2, a huge queue. One employee answers both calls and tries to serve customers in the queue. It is physically impossible to keep up with everything.

Yesterday, 11/21/2022 I visited a pharmacy in the evening in the area at 18-50, I wanted to buy vitamin D3 from a certain manufacturer, make a cash payment in a bill (200 rubles). I was refused to sell because there is no change and it's not about the little things (I had small coins and rubles), they did not have large bills for change. They explained to me that everything had been cashed out and there was no money in the cash register. It is very unpleasant because I went to this pharmacy on purpose. I'm just wondering how you plan to work if the working time is before 21-00 and you have to work for another 2 hours. A big wish is to leave money at the cash desk for delivery!!! It's okay..... I needed vitamins, but there could also be a person who needs a vital drug.
