On 01/13/2026, at 6 p.m., I went to this pharmacy for the drug Normobact L, because my young child (3 years old) was unwell (suspected rotovirus). I looked it up initially on the website 103.by about the availability of this medicine and went. When I asked, the pharmacist immediately said that he was not there, without even looking at the computer. But when I told her that the site was reporting its availability, she looked at her computer with displeasure and said that she had delivered the goods and had not yet sorted them out. My arguments that the child needed the medicine were probably not enough, and she said, "go to another pharmacy or buy another drug!" The service is disgusting, there is no interest, the employee does not fulfill his official duties. I had to go to another pharmacy. I will not set foot in this pharmacy anymore and, if possible, I will report this incident to the immediate management.
