The so-called employees of this pharmacy are incompetent. We recruited young people who do not understand Uzbek, not only in Russian.
He doesn't let me finish on the phone, shuts his mouth and says I'll call you back. Of course, no one calls back. I called myself several times with pauses (you never know, maybe people who buy there) don't pick up the phone on purpose.
Pharmacy owners, contacting you personally: train your employees to work properly and talk to the customer on the phone.
If they don't speak Russian, then at least they don't talk Uzbek.
Boors, not employees
Upgrade: the pharmacy called back a little later after the conversation and everything was settled.
