I often use pharmacies of this chain, the prices are pleasant. But today I was surprised by the boorish attitude of the pharmacist. At about 19.00 I went to the pharmacy on 19 Derzhinsky Ave. I needed to buy a Nemosol for the baby. I asked an experienced pharmacist what to do, the doctor prescribed half of one dose of Nemazole (400 mg) - that is, 200 mg. But on the package of one dose of suspension it was written 100 mg instead of 400. To which your employee replied sharply, saying, "So you need two suspensions." I was confused, why take two if the doctor said half of one. The money for two packages is not big, but still. I didn't have time to think about it, as the pharmacist shuddered at me: "Will you buy?" Naturally, I bought it, I did not want to postpone taking the drug, and not for the first time in this pharmacy, why not trust a specialist, albeit harsh in communication.
As a result, I came home and read the instructions: one jar of suspension contains 20 ml, each 5 ml contains 100 mg of the active substance. That is, in one jar - 400 mg, respectively, we needed half of one jar.
And now I think there are two options: 1. The pharmacist is actually a saleswoman from a nearby butcher shop who does not know how to read the instructions for the medicine, or 2. The Thrifty Pharmacy is thus trying to sell unnecessary medicines for its profit. Naturally, the answer is obvious. Please pay attention to such employees (shift on 01/24/2022 at 19:00) in whose person the trust in your network is falling.
