Clean, quiet, comfortable, a large selection of medications, competent workers who are able to advise what is the best treatment, if necessary, they will recommend to see a doctor. And most importantly, no queues.

This pharmacy and the staff were very disappointed. I booked the drug with the date and time of its purchase. Upon arrival at this pharmacy, the pharmacist informed that the reservation for the drug was canceled by order of the head of the pharmacy and the drug was not available, so it was sold. When asked by the pharmacist why the reservation was canceled?, the answer was received, "we do not book for more than 2 hours." I have not received an answer as to what document regulates this period of time. To the question why the consumer was not called back to inform this situation, the answer was received - "we are not obliged to do this." A person with a disability drove 20 km and got this attitude. The pharmacist herself spoke cynically and unfriendly. The sediment was not pleasant.
