I will write a review briefly. Among the advantages: clean, cozy, quiet and calm, not smoky, polite receptionist! I went down to the Alatau restaurant. I ordered a beef stew. Mmmm, it's so delicious. The meat is cut into thin slices, a lot of well-fried onions and all this is seasoned with creamy sauce! Delicious! 😋 I gave my thanks to the chef. If I am in Karaganda, I will definitely come to the restaurant again and order a kuyrdak!)) Of the cons: it's hot, you can't open the window much, because there are limiters, towels are all washed (hard), there is no first-aid kit at the reception (I asked for pills from my head, because by the evening I started to freeze and my head ached), the refrigerator works, but it's empty (there is no elementary water), I had to go down at the reception, there are no hygiene products, namely cotton pads, sticks (I did not expect that I would have to stay in the city overnight, so I had nothing with me). I hope the hotel management will take into account the disadvantages I have indicated. And so, in general, the hotel is good! Thanks!

The sauna is very good, you can regulate the temperature yourself, chopped birch firewood is available in large quantities, there was also a hammam, a cozy and secluded place. The staff is attentive, I will definitely visit whenever possible!
