awful service, i sent my coat for a clean because it had a big stain on it and it came back the exact same, the stain was still there, so why am i paying for a service that isn’t getting done?

The down jacket came back to me with traces of the stains that were on it. It seems to have been cleaned, but it looks more like it was smeared. With a C minus "cleaning", it would be possible to wash the house.
