Good evening, everyone. We visited Aqua Grad with the whole family. I liked everything very much. And most importantly for children. Friendly staff. I really want to ask Alexander Koval, the head of the 4th building, to thank the Maid Emma. A very nice kind and friendly person. We had a little incident, but Emma helped us a lot to solve this problem. We will definitely come and visit your hotel again.
