The rooms themselves in the main hotel are tired, I was lucky enough to live in both rooms and bungalows, definitely better than bungalows. 2. An unheated pool, I think it's not so important in the season, but in October it would be cool, but it didn't affect the rest, we swam in the sea) 3. Sometimes animals come to the beach, but the staff disperses them. 4. The location of the hotel is without infrastructure, a shop/pharmacy is 10-15 minutes walk away. But again, I repeat, if you choose Sukhumi, it's better to settle further away to enjoy the gorgeous beach and water, if the owner decides on a variety of meals, there will be no price for this hotel.
