We came to the Aquafon salon with the need to buy a SIM card for calls to Russia and minimal Internet, the girl picked up an excellent tariff for us and quickly arranged everything. When registering, I took my passport, as it should be according to the rules, but most importantly: Initially, we bought a SIM card from another operator, calls to Russia did not work there and we had to return it, not without problems. After that, we went to Aquafon, told the manager our situation, and she offered to call from her phone to the number we need in Russia, check if the call would go through, even offered to talk to relatives, since we called them, despite the fact that we called from her phone, and if everything is fine, buy an Aquafon SIM card!!!! That's what we did. The call even went to the Russian home number. The phone and Internet worked perfectly all the way in all regions and places of Abkhazia. When checking the balance, you immediately receive a message with the remaining minutes, SMS and GB of the tariff. Very convenient. The Internet package was not spent as fast and heavily as we expected. 5GB was enough for 2 weeks from using WiFi whenever possible.
