They do not know how to communicate with customers, they are rude, the phones on the website of different operators are not for the convenience of the client. One person is simply too lazy to hand over the phone to another, 2 times they rudely offered to call back to another number in order to communicate with the person with whom we had our first conversation and with whom we had already agreed on something. It seems the only normal person is Artyom. The main thing is to create a bunch of inconvenient sites with similar names, why think about a normal service.
