Great car wash. The best in Grodno. This is not the first time I have turned to them for services. They saved me from spilled milk twice. And everything is always perfect. And for the first time, they brought out a terrible gasp. We managed 100%. In any case, only to them. Today they saved my car from the stink again. I washed the car here 3 times, the last one was today, at Dmitry M.'s, which actually prompted the review. Each time I took the AquaSpa complex (one of the most expensive).
To summarize, the car has to be dried or washed at home every time. There are stains on the case, disks. There are smudges that are not removed when issuing a car after drying. Hand washing is selective, many places remain in static dirt. The blackening of the rubber is also not complete, but with the letter C.
Of the pleasant things for myself, I will note only the waiting area, the salon was also well vacuumed.
Wet cleaning of the cabin is also selective, apparently at the discretion of the employee.
upd: 3 stars is too much for an organization that is unable to accept constructive criticism and is looking for excuses for its employees' mistakes. Moreover, it shifts the blame on the client. If you are interested, I can tell you the addresses of car washes in Minsk, where for the same money (!) they wash cars much better than you. And the stains are removed from the openings, and they know how to dry mirrors and spoilers, and the bumpers are washed completely.
Maybe you should finally stop making excuses and start working on quality?

I will never recommend it to anyone. I have not seen such a non-selfish attitude anywhere else. I took the most expensive complex, asked the guys to clean up on their conscience, if necessary, I will pay in person, since they did not clean last time and showed in which places. And what did I see when I took the car? Yes, exactly the same thing, how the fuck is it possible?

After a year of visiting this sink, despite the previous shoals (I will not list them, so as not to offend much), I was once again convinced that the quality of service of this institution is not flourishing, the boorish attitude of the administrator, I called the administrator's call button repeatedly, from the fourth time they deigned to approach me with the words: I am not a methior, I finished I did my job and came up after 20 minutes . Washing is not an eco option, it is not clear why this attitude. I won't come back. I definitely do not recommend it.

Not a bad place. The waiting area is quite small, for a maximum of 2-3 people, but there is a console - you can play while your "carp" is being washed!)
Prices, for manual washing, are generally normal. The quality of the sink is also at a good level.

I read reviews about such a wonderful car wash, we stopped by, but in fact the car was washed carelessly, streaks were left, and some parts of the car were not washed at all. Frontal - they just walked with water, it's obvious. There was no strength and mood to find out, swear and prove something.
Was it really the Moscow numbers that prompted the client to charge 24 rubles for a low-quality car wash "body / mats"?
It is strange how many years I have been washing my cars at simple, non-laudatory car washes in Brest, Minsk and Grodno, there have never been any complaints about the quality of work.

Давно мою машину на этой мойке и всё устраивало. 15 июня 2023 года впервые помыли машину плохо внутри, заказала комплекс, помыли и уехала, спереди были на панеле разводы, но это ладно, протёрла своей супер тряпкой и стало чистенько, а когда на следующий день открыла задние двери и увидела там много пыли в дверях, поняла что там никто ничего и не протёр, наверное и окна не мыли, просто они чистые были. Не приятно, приезжаешь в проверенные места, а качество работы портится ещё и не за дёшево. А ещё, когда приехала через неделю, объяснила ситуацию девушке на ресепшене, получила генеальный ответ: а почему вы сразу не сказали? А потаму, что не сразу увидела. И даже не предложила никакой бонус, как бы сделали в порядочном месте.

В Гродно это лучшая автомойка. За свое соотношение цена/качество ребята реально завоевали это звание по моей оценке.
Косяков практически никогда нет, и то, это я, который к каждой пылинке придирается.

Был постоянным клиентом этой мойки,но в последнее время испортилась! Время мойки увеличилось,в качество упало! Плюс «приятные» нововведения. Отстоял 30 минут в очереди,после чего,оказалось,что мою машину мыть они не собираются,ссылаясь на «запись». Хотя авто за мною пытались впихнуть без каких либо записей! Буду ездить на грязном авто,но сюда в жизни не поеду и другим не советую!

Испортилась мойка совсем. Халтурят ребята однозначно. Раньше мыли лучше. Однажды попросил их протереть пыль под подлокотником. По итогу не протерли, так еще царапину оставили на капоте. В этот раз простоял в очереди 50 минут. 2 машины , стоящие за мной, уехали раньше чем я на 15 минут, хотя у меня была просто мойка (не комплекс).Убрали воду плохо. Зеркала не дотерли. Остались разводы. Качество работ упало. Жаль. Хорошая мойка была...

Хорошая мойка. Нужно было срочно помыть машину после дороги перед посещением Гродно. Всё быстро и качественно. Есть комната ожидания с небольшим магазинчиком. Можно выпить кофе. Цены ниже чем в Минске.

Регулярно пользовался услугами данной мойки, брал всегда комплекс, но к сожалению в последнее время качество уборки салона стало крайне плохое, ребята явно халтурят! Очень плохо убирают салон, влажная уборка вообще не ощущается, стекла внутри авто моют тоже не очень, остаются разводы и налет, вообщем после комплекса приходится самому доубирать салон!Кузов автомобиля моют идеально
Но за 32 руб можно 5 раз помыть авто
гораздо лучше на мойке самообслуживания и на пылесос ещё останется

1 час 27 минут простоял в очереди, чтобы машина заехала в бокс. Передо мной было в очереди две машины и две машины в боксе. Если вы при подъезде к мойке видите очередь хотя бы из одной машины, планируйте оставить час времени там

29.12.2021 года заежал на мойку. Стараюсь всегда у них мыть машину,только всегда очередь так как хорошо моют машины. И вот в тот день приехал по раньше подождал мини 15-20 и пригласили на мойку. Взял полный комплекс ,холодный воск, зимний комплект. Так хорошо помыли машину после мойки машина выглядела как новенькая. В салоне пахло приятно всё блестело. Очень даволен мойкой. Хочу сказать спасибо и поблагодарить персонал.

Был первый раз. Комната клиента с ТВ и Play Station. Очень качественно отмыли авто, стал выглядить гораздо свежее. В закананном комплексе была влажная уборка салона. Всем остался доволен. Рекомендую. Буду посещать ещё. Ребята знают своё дело.
