We are disappointed with the pool even though we always liked to come there because the water is warm. The tiles come off and there are many that are off, including in the children's pool. Last time my toddler hurt herself and her leg was bleeding. This time I accidently cut a piece of my toe in the children's pool when I was playing with her. This is just not safe and they aren't doing anything about it, even though the fees arent low and they must spend money on renovation and improving safety in the place.

This was by far my worst experience of Finnish sauna and hamam. There is a rule posted on the walls that anyone who will bring soda, honey, or water into the sauna will be fined 20.000amd. However, during my visit, a couple of men brought not just water but bottles of water mixed with very low quality parfume and some euqalipt or some other sh*t. They turned the hamam and sauna rooms into an unbearable place because of their scented water. Furthermore, they were competing between each other and spraying water each 2 minutes. I did 2 or 3 attempts to enter the sauna as I love Finnish sauna, but it was impossible to stay longer than 5 minutes. Those who obeyed the rules were complaining that their eyes and lungs pain. I was so fed up that the last time directly stopped one to spray his parfumed water on the sauna stones. After 24 hours, I still have an unpleasant feeling in my lungs. In other countries, the water world is a place where kids can enter every room, even saunas, if they wish, but not in this place in Yerevan since it was full of toxic air and way too hot for kids and sometimes for adults too. Infantile dudes between the ages of 30 and 60 made the place certainly not only not child friendly but also not for adults for proper usage. No one from the administration was around the sauna area, no one cared for what was going on in sauna room. I literally ran away from there as soon as I understood the established hierarchy and rules among regular visitors of this place. Terrible experience, instead of relaxing, I came home with a disgusting feeling and eye and lung pain. Never visit this place especially with kids, until the administration does something and seriously prohibits toxins (like low quality essential oils, or parfume mix water bottles) into the sauna room.
