Сколько раз обращалась, всегда оставалась довольна обслуживанием. Девочки приёмщики приветливые, доброжелательные, всё объяснят и посоветуют. Особенно благодарна приёмщице Фёдоровой Татьяне 🙏

Сдала постельное + полотенца в стирку. Итог всё стало розового цвета (видимо стирают без сортировки на цветное и белое) + одного полотенца не досчиталась. Сдавала без описи, моя вина, но они же видели, что по весу стало меньше. Обещали связаться, как найдут полотенце. Прошло 3 месяца, до сих пор "звонят не могут дозвониться".
