Rude communication and unwillingness to communicate at all. I will never buy Polaris equipment after such an authorized service center!!!

Disgusting service center. Three and a half months after buying the Polaris vacuum cleaner in the 5th element, it started giving the error "fill the tank for clean water". We contacted this service center under warranty. In conclusion, they indicated "technically sound". After taking the vacuum cleaner home after the first wet cleaning, during self-cleaning, it began to give the error "fill the tank for clean water" again. After filming it on video at home, we contacted the service center for the second time and asked the director of this institution to watch a video that clearly shows that the vacuum cleaner is technically defective, to which we received the answer "why do I need your video?" After picking up the vacuum cleaner for the second time, the warranty card was marked "adjustment (cleaning) of the water container". When taking the vacuum cleaner home, I was assured that the tank was just clogged and therefore gives an error. And so, with a completely clean tank, I did my first wet cleaning at home after the service center, and during self-cleaning, it again endlessly started giving the error "fill the tank for clean water"!!!!! I didn't go the third time, I don't see the point. The service is at zero!!! Why does Polaris issue an official warranty if their service center is of no use!! I had to make a claim. In case of refusal, I will do an independent examination and prepare a statement of claim to the court.
