I read negative reviews about this workshop of equipment , but decided to make sure for myself . The staff in the person of the receptionist (a woman) does not behave tactfully , you might think that she is not paid enough and she goes to work under duress , such communication is repulsive.
I was looking for an electrical repair shop , it was convenient for me at the location , it took me a minute of communication to turn around and leave .
To the heads of this workshop , teach the staff to communicate with people, politeness and tact .

I applied to replace a faulty hair dryer in the 5th element under warranty). After a week of waiting, I got a call and was told that the hair dryer was working properly. The complaint was that the hair dryer worked only in one position of the plug, if you turn it over and insert the other side, then it stopped working. I came to pick up the hair dryer, as I was told it was serviceable and asked to check it at the store. It didn't work. Young woman... an employee of the 5th element sent me to the address of the service center (the service center is located at 11a L.Karastayanova str., ar Ikron LLC, Minsk), I arrived, asked to check with me. The secretary called me the one with the hair dryer and rudely, with displeasure, talked to me. It is clearly noticeable that they have already discussed the current situation, because I called them while in the 5th element in the presence of an employee of the store. At my request to check with them, the man took a hair dryer and went into the other room, then returned and it was noticeable that the wire was cut, the man inserted the plug into the extension cord and the hair dryer caught fire. In the new act, I was prescribed a damaged fur, which cannot be replaced. Please note that in the 5th element there were witnesses that the hair dryer was not working, and the plug was intact. THE HAIR DRYER WAS REPLACED IN THE STORE, THANKS TO THE STAFF OF THE 5TH ELEMENT. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE CENTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY ARE DECEIVING THEIR CUSTOMERS!
