Pleasant and likeable staff: from the very entrance on the right, at the check-in, then suddenly a kind young man appears and my luggage flies up to the 4th floor with his efforts! The refrigerator is hidden by a wise architect in the bedside table under the TV! When he's working, he purrs like a cat, quietly, and at night he can't be heard at all in this bedside table! You can't hear anything in the room at all! All around - Bukhar Zhyrau Avenue, Nursultan Nazarbayev Boulevard, and even the street of old Karaganda, I forgot the name: authentic houses, wide sidewalks and alleys.. I can't hear the noise of cars! Morning is an Art Nouveau holiday! A chic cozy restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel ... Several halls! You can enter with a large company, you can go into the distance, take a table in front of the window or one of the gorgeous paintings in majestic frames ... The choice for breakfast is great! By the time you look at everything, the plate is already full! No one limits the number of approaches! You can last all day with this breakfast! And a little bit I left the hotel - literally to the Gallery (shop) - I returned - everything is filled up in the room and updated! There are spacious halls on the floors for conversations and meetings with friends and business partners! There are mysterious paintings on the walls.:they make you stop, look closely and reflect ... local history literature is left on the tables in the halls - this is NB!

It's a very cozy place, you can have a cup of coffee (it's better to order from a lawyer at the bar, the coffee is excellent) on the street, BUT the time to do it is either early in the morning or late in the evening because a house is being built right behind the fence and it feels like you're in the epicenter of a construction project, which is not very pleasant. The breakfast is good, hearty, buffet, but the coffee for breakfast is terrible, it's impossible to drink from the word at all. The room is beautiful, but there is one problem. Many items in the room need to be repaired. I recommend that the owner pay attention to the condition of the rooms!!!
