We chose this hotel as the main one for regular business trips. An adequate price tag at the level of other hotels of a comparable level, not very diverse, but delicious dinners. The rooms and the rest of the rooms are clean, quite beautifully and stylishly decorated. As an additional plus, there is a common meeting space on each floor. The location is centrally located with good access to infrastructure. There is a VTB ATM nearby that accepts Russian MIR cards.

I was in the city for work. I stopped here. Friendly staff at the reception. Excellent breakfasts, pancakes with custard are divine, the chef prepares both lunches and dinners perfectly! The bartenders and waiters are also friendly. All the staff is on top.

Excellent hotel, everything is clean, cozy, the food is great, it's not the first time I use the services, the staff is very good. I recommend anyone who will be in Karaganda to stay, you will not regret it

The rooms are clean, the staff is helpful. Everything is clean, brand new. The cafe, the bar is just wonderful. Breakfasts are on top!!! For all kinds of guests. Children who eat little and/ or need to follow a diet. Thanks a lot to the staff.

Breakfasts are for 5+, otherwise everything you need is there, whenever possible, they always try to please, they keep their brand!!!

A good hotel located in relative proximity to the center, the room stock is battered, but everything is pretty clean, the average breakfast is not bad and not good, you can stay for a couple of days, and for a long time I recommend looking for a chain hotel, as well as a plus there will be its own parking on site

Oh, well, what can I say? I just fell in love with this hotel. Everything is at the highest level from the staff to the kitchen and the atmosphere. It's cozy as home. Stop and you won't regret it.

Clean, cozy. Beautiful interior
But the rooms are hot. Breakfast is served in the back room. It is forbidden to sit down in the hall with beautiful tables and TV. TV is only for the bartender. Run to the buffet in the next room
