We were greeted by a very pleasant, beautiful, hospitable hostess of the hotel. There is a cafe nearby, where they cook insanely delicious fresh fish on coals. Mmm, it's just a bomb.. The room has everything, clean, cozy, comfortable, calm, despite the fact that the hotel is located in the very center of the city. In general, Russian is well spoken in the city and just wonderful people live there. I 100 percent recommend spending your vacation here..

A small hotel with 11 rooms, clean, quiet. There is shared Wi-Fi. During our arrival, the brewery in the hotel was closed, and we expected to drink fresh and local beer there) there are no air conditioners, and there is no heat in Sevan, the room is fresh, roosters woke up in the morning) 15 minutes walk to the lake. Nearby there is a large grocery store with a pharmacy and a changing room

A new, cozy, very clean hotel in Sevan. The amazing host, Armen, will tell you everything, tell you, always help. I have never met such pleasant owners. It feels like home. I recommend it to everyone
