Good location in the city. There is a large restaurant inside the hotel, I wish there were more such halls! We were received as guests, to entertain the guests of the Arai Plaza restaurant at banquets in the evenings, before the new year. We have been cooperating for the 2nd year, as a #ShoWcase from Almaty. The restaurant has 400+ seats and the rooms are clean and cozy. The cuisine is excellent in restobar, I especially liked the meat with mushrooms. Sometimes it is possible to have breakfast after 10 am.-) Zaure is an excellent restaurant manager. I definitely recommend it for any holiday!

There are 5 stars on the facade, but in fact no higher than 3. As of November 2021 The cost of 1 local room is 20k tenge. Breakfast is included. The breakfast itself is 2.5 out of 5. Clear.

I managed to visit there in 2019. And I visited the restaurant. They cook very tasty and not too expensive. The staff is good. And my uncle tried the beer. And you know, she turned out to be very good. Unfortunately, I couldn't visit the hotel, but I really liked the restaurant.

The cuisine is very tasty, the portions are huge. The rooms are not very cozy. The walls are so thin between the rooms that you can hear someone taking a shower in the next room, and the rest are not very pleasant sounds. The hotel has a maximum of 3 stars.

The rooms are cozy, very clean! But it's worth working with the staff (the waiter did not know the menu in the restaurant, the check-out was done longer at the reception) of course, along with the world standards of 5 stars, they think too highly of themselves. But in Kazakhstan, it will go like this. Why it is not worth 5 stars, I explain at 2-bed check-in in the restroom, bathroom accessories such as a dental counter, etc. were only for one person. This means that the hotel saves money , even in small things. Further, the amount of 2 people per day includes breakfast for only one, well, I think this is terrible. A great restaurant is the BRONZE HALL (it seems). The staff is excellent, the cuisine is delicious, especially Julien, they almost swallowed their tongue. And the service is at the highest level, there is even an envelope with a pen. Everything is provided👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

There is no ventilation in the rooms, it is hot in summer, there is nothing to breathe in winter, the windows do not open, lack of oxygen leads to morning sickness and headaches. The bathroom is dirty. Three-course breakfasts.
