The hotel is ideal for a couple of days of transit flights or trips with a stopover in Yerevan.but this is the ground floor, my room faced the street, it was quiet at night, but the road was clear..Well, this( The owner needs to work with cleanliness, plumbing, sewerage cleaned (it smells) and yes..the tea and coffee in the room are good things, but the spoon was dirty ... the staff works great, just all the good guys helped as much as they could in all matters. Overall, I'm happy. 😌

It's clean and cozy. The location is gorgeous. There is an administrator at the reception 24/7. There is air conditioning, all bath accessories, tea, coffee. In general, everything that is listed in the description on the booking. And one of the big advantages is that when you turn on the hot water in the shower, it doesn't turn off. Traveling to different countries and cities, I often came across the fact that in some hotels, when the hot water was turned on, it froze and then heated up again every minute. In general, I recommend it. Breakfast can also be ordered for a fee.

March 28
Good afternoon! I'll start with the advantages of this hotel: 1. Liked the location 2. Large and comfortable bed, blanket 3. They allowed me to pay later, as soon as we change the money 4. The room has a hairdryer, tea, coffee, 2 bottles of water, slippers, 2 glasses, soap, toothbrushes (for some reason, 2, although the room is 4) And now let's move on to the cons.: We booked a room from March 26 to March 27, having previously written to the administrator that we were arriving at 4 a.m., that is, we needed an early check-in. We were confirmed a week in advance that we would be settled if rooms were available. 12 hours before check-in, we wrote to the administrator again so that they wouldn't forget about us, but! We were told that we would not be able to accommodate you.… Why!? The answer is that there are no available rooms. We go to the booking office-and there are at least 3 available rooms in this hotel))) We are writing about this to the administrator... funny, isn't it?! And we're already getting on a plane to fly to Yerevan, just for a minute... In short, we were led by fake reviews that they could settle in earlier (they also wrote like for free, yeah))). As a result, we silently booked a hotel from 25 to 26 for the remaining 6 hours, paying for a day through booking… What I want to say… We didn't mind paying 50% for the room, it's a normal practice.… but deception is deception... why?! There were a lot of rooms available, for your information. We planned to stay at another hotel and they immediately told us to pay 30% of the full price for the time they were waiting for us, but for some reason we decided to transfer to this one, I repeat, we were led by the reviews! In vain! It ruined absolutely all the impressions, as you understand. Yes, they would say-guys, pay for a day and that's the only way-it would be more honest… About the room: We lived in 2 rooms, next to the reception-it was very noisy, at night I was bothered by the light from under the door and from the refrigerator (it illuminated the whole room). Although the room looks nice, but the plumbing is not being monitored at all-everything is in a terrible raid (taps, watering cans). The water in the shower cabin does not go away from the word at all! And no matter how carefully you use the shower, the water is all on the floor, it gets slippery.… I don't know if we were so lucky with the room or in others as well, but since 5 a.m. the sound of plumbing kept me awake, the pipes were humming. By the way, getting from the airport is very fast and cheap with Yandex-as a tip.
