Don’t wast your time they don’t know about business if it hit them in the head there workers aren’t fit to work at a bank and can’t even answer my questions that had to do with the same job they get payed for I believe I have said enough. Do better

An arrogant and boorish security guard pointed his finger in my direction, walks like at home, the uniform does not match the bank's security, the time to accept my transfer was 30 minutes, with free specialists, the first time I was in this bank, and hopefully the last time. The staff are rude, they work slowly, they talked as if I owed them money, and they didn't owe me))) If possible, go to another bank.

Why is the Ararat Bank one of the worst banks in my life? If it were possible to put minus five, I would put minus five. And it was the central branch. One of the two main ones. It's totally creepy. 1. Rudeness from the first to the last employee. It feels like I owe them money. They serve with such a favor that at some point I want to apologize for coming at all. 2. Total incompetence. They don't know their own terms, not on cards, not on deposits, not on bonds. I know better than they do. This is the reality. 3. Even when the halls are empty, you still wait. There are three of them, two customers, and you're still sitting there while they're talking to each other at the counter. 4. They couldn't even transfer $10 to a dollar card. I asked again through the system, and it turned out that it was the Ararat Bank that was blocking the transfer. But, of course, the department told me: "It's another bank that has a problem." Zero explanations. Zero solutions. Just shrug. There's a lot more to say, but briefly: don't waste your time, don't trust them with your money. They are record holders in terms of service, communication, and engagement. Only in the negative. I am in the process of withdrawing all funds.

Arrived - took the ticket (signed up in advance in the application) - called - received the service - left. I spent 15 minutes there. And those who do not understand why operations are carried out before 17: after 17, the main office closes, which confirms most of the operations. These are no longer questions for the branch, but for the bank. And it's better to walk in the morning, while the operators are not too tired, working with people is very tiring. No matter how hard you try.

My compliments! Not much of a bank. More precisely, the bad one. I opened a dollar account and a debit card. I went abroad, I can't spend it. I came to the bank and shouted that I was forbidden to spend my money, but they were doing it for your safety. We shouted and signed a paper so that they lifted all restrictions, even if the intruders were clearly stealing my money. They said it's normal now. Next, I want to buy online access to music on a foreign website. Absolutely nothing. Does not accept the card. They call from the bank, they say that they have blocked it, and if I want to buy something on this site, I need to come to us, write an application for this site. Not a bank, but some kind of savings account. And it is considered the leading bank of the republic. It sucks.

A disgusting bank. The staff is as "dead" as possible, as if they are not interested in working. They do not work until 20:00, they carry out most of the operation until 17:00. It's amazing how you can behave so tactlessly when a customer appears, as they do in this bank

Terrible, disgusting service. I wanted to open a safe deposit box in the bank. I couldn't get through to the branch's phone number listed on the website. I came at a convenient time on Saturday, took a ticket to open a cell at the vending machine. I waited an hour for my turn. And it was only before closing that it turned out that the cells did not work on Saturdays. When asked why it was possible to take a coupon, the manager replied that she could not reconfigure the program every time and I needed to ask someone if the cell was working. When asked why I should ask about this, the answer was that it was Saturday and I should have known that not all services were working. In general, instead of apologizing for wasting my time, I received a bunch of theses about why the bank manager is right and I am not. I read that in the modern world there is no excuse for such a disgusting customer service.

You probably won't get slower... delayed service in any other bank ... if you see 5 people in the hall, despite the fact that 5 windows are working, you had to wait for more than 40 minutes!!! Not to mention the simplest procedure, which took at most 10 minutes in other banks, here the characters had to solve for another half hour ... their only plus is the working time, otherwise there is no reason to come here
