They specifically indicated that the delivery should not be to the office (it is under repair), but to another address. The package could not be found for 2 weeks. It was not delivered to the specified address, and it was not delivered to the address of the organization either. As a result: we don't know anything, please call Aras cargo in Marmaris. We got through to Marmaris, the office doesn't know anything either, but he gave us the courier's number. The courier miraculously remembered that he had delivered the parcel to the 3rd address. 2. We were supposed to receive a package at the branch, not at home. In the morning, my husband called, they say the package is in the department. 20 minutes later, we were at their place.: Oh, and we gave the parcel to the courier. What? What for? The delivery was only to the branch. Why would we give it to the courier if we said 20 years ago that we would come for it ourselves?
