The owners' idea is great, but the service is lame..I am writing about their largest bathhouse in 20tt/hour.Namely, in the hammam there is a smell of rotten water from the floor, interruptions in hot water, in the bath there is a smell of carbon monoxide or something similar.It is quite cool in the leisure room itself, steam from the baths goes out into the common room and water drips everywhere, condensing on the ceiling.🥲 On January 4, 26, we visited this place again, hoping that it would be better.But today was trash.We paid immediately for 5 hours (the cost is 25t/hour for a total of 125t), but after 1.5 hours the lights were turned off.Accordingly, the sauna, hammam, music stopped working, and even the water ran out.The room began to cool down instantly. But we ordered sushi at 17.00, so we waited for delivery, hoping that the lights would come on soon.The light was not given. I was surprised that with such a price tag there is no generator of our own, the only thing we were offered was 1 candle. Why do we need it at 150 m?kV😆 We waited for 2 hours, they didn't give us the light, and they refused to return the money, arguing that the city had turned off the lights and it wasn't their fault..As a result, they counted the time we spent there without light or water. The rest was returned only after our indignation.The party was ruined.I do not recommend visiting this sauna, And I advise the owner to splurge on a generator.The service sucks

Disgusting attitude towards the guests . We rented a sauna for 5 hours, paid in full 125000 . We sat for 1 hour and 20 minutes with the light on and then it was turned off. And that means no water, no steam room - nothing works there without light. They didn't even give us a single candle. We understand that the lights were turned off in the city, but to take such money for a sauna (25,000 tenge/ hour) and not have your own substation in case of such afterburners is how much you need to save on guests! We came out ahead of our time. At the exit, they refused to hand over the money while we were sitting there and waiting for an answer from the administration - whether there would be light or not. The owner of this complex flatly refused to talk to us, yelled at the administrator for returning our money. Never set foot in this sauna again . And I recommend everyone not to go there. So that they review their behavior. Fu fu fu 👎
