The most memorable hotel in Uzbekistan!!! We were located not in the front entrance, but in the courtyard-well. It's just an oriental fairy tale! To get to your room on the third floor, you walk along multidirectional stairs, reminiscent of the stairs at Hogwarts))) Tired, we dropped our things in the room and ran to shoot this miracle from different angles! The rooms are all of different layouts, reminiscent of a small stone cave or a room in a castle. There was a huge bathroom in my room, which was a lot of fun))). The linen is clean, the Wi-fi works well (believe me, there is something to compare it with on this trip). The hotel is very decent for three stars!!! The staff is polite. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. The restaurant consists of two halls, spacious and cozy. I recommend it!!!

Excellent hotel in terms of price-quality ratio. The rooms are spacious and cozy. There is everything, even an iron and ironing board. The beds are comfortable, the bed linen is perfect. Cleaning is daily. The breakfasts are delicious and quite varied. The rooms are air-conditioned. The location of the hotel is also good, there are many places nearby where you can have a snack, there is a pharmacy. We walked to Registan and the monument to Timur. The staff was attentive, the suitcases were brought to the second floor, everything was explained, all questions were answered. So if I'm going to Samarkand again, I'll stay at this hotel.

Great hotel. Just great, I recommend it. Very cozy, clean. The bed has snow-white linen, comfortable pillows. The room is in a national style, there is a kettle of 2 types of tea, coffee, sugar, there is even a teapot. Which is undoubtedly very convenient. TV and refrigerator, spacious closet. Towels are clean, towels are changed daily and cleaning is carried out. The bathroom has everything: two types of soap, shampoo, shower gel, hair conditioner, dental kit. Slippers. What is most important: the silence, the neighbors could not be heard, it was very pleasant to relax, I managed to get enough sleep and recover after hiking in Samarkand. What else can I say about the advantages? a polite person. The guys help with everything. And delicious breakfasts. The Arba Hotel is one of the best hotels I've been to in the last year. Well done. I'll come back if possible.

The hotel is cozy. It is located in the central part of the city. The rooms are spacious. The room has a wardrobe, a large bedside table with a mirror, a refrigerator, a table with two upholstered armchairs. There is an electric kettle, a teapot. Free of charge, two bottles of 0.5 liters of water, 2 packs of black and green tea, two nescafes (3 in one). The room has an ironing board, air conditioning, a TV (although they couldn't set it up for channels), disposable slippers. The bathroom has a shower stall, shampoo and shower gel. The bathroom is spacious. The staff speaks Russian. There is Wi-Fi in the room. The room is quiet, the sound insulation is good. The room is clean, there are no signs of obsolescence. The beds are wide and comfortable, the mattresses are high and elastic.

Overall, the hotel is good, but we came across an unfortunate room, not in the main building, but in a courtyard annex with low ceilings and cardboard walls, as we were woken up all night by some kind of noisy unit, most likely a large outdoor air conditioning or ventilation unit. I also didn't like the unwashed towel. Most likely, the bottles of shampoo and conditioner were mixed up, because the shampoo did not foam at all, while the conditioner is very good. The breakfasts are varied and delicious, the atmosphere in the cafe is very pleasant with a musical background.

Excellent hotel in Samarkand. Breakfasts are beyond praise: there is a very large selection of various dishes, and they are specially monitored to ensure that they do not end. Morning in Samarkand. We are leaving the hospitable Arba Hotel. It was unexpectedly pleasant to stay in such a magnificent hotel as part of an excursion tour, where the staff is very polite, attentive and very professional. It has been thought out to the smallest detail, starting with the reception, the cleanliness of the rooms, their decoration and ending with excellent breakfasts. I really liked this hotel. Cozy, conveniently located, spacious rooms, wide beds, there is a table with armchairs in the room, a TV (but no Russian channels), air conditioning, a spacious bathroom. There are no problems with water, unlike some other hotels in Uzbekistan. Breakfast is generally a bomb! The food is very tasty and varied, one of the best breakfasts in my memory in hotels of this category (and I have traveled almost 40 countries, there is something to compare it with). There are some joints that I didn't like. And the main one is the hood of the restaurant, located at the level of 2-3 floors in the courtyard, where the windows of our rooms overlook. Well, you can't do that, all the smells are dragged into the rooms as soon as you open the window or door. Well, the common pain of all hotels in Uzbekistan is mattresses with a "stone" softness level :) I understand that it is good for the back, and in general, a person gets used to everything, even sleeping on the floor. But the guests are not used to :(

But, the window looks directly into the very courtyard and garden where the hotel guests walk and relax. That is, if you do not want to be looked at from the outside, you need to close the window with thick curtains at any time of the day, during the day the room is dim. The frosted glass front door is still a "gift". In summer, it gets light at 3 a.m., and there is no roof on the patio, the light penetrates through the glass and on a summer night the room is bright from natural daylight. I can only sleep in the dark, so I didn't get enough sleep. Feel the semi-darkness during the day, the half-light at night. The hotel's cafe serves good, hearty breakfasts. I really liked the Turkish cuisine restaurant where we had dinner. I liked the location of the hotel - in the center. But, I repeat, I didn't get enough sleep, and that negated all the advantages for me.

I really liked the hotel. The room is spacious and clean. The room has a refrigerator, a safe, air conditioning, and a hairdryer. There is a TV, but the channels are all national, although after the guided tours it is no longer up to the TV. Bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi. There are all accessories in the bathroom. The staff is friendly, courteous, fulfills all requests. The cafe is beautifully decorated. Breakfasts are plentiful. There are a lot of delicious sweets, fruits, dried fruits, nuts. There is a good cafe in the same building. There is an Orthodox church and a church nearby. I highly recommend it.

We were in January. It was cool in the room because the windows were not tightly closed. The battery was there, but it didn't help much. But the air conditioner helped us a lot. Clear. There were problems with the water - either hot water was flowing or cold, it was very difficult to set up. The room had everything you needed and even an ironing board with an iron. The breakfast was quite diverse: eggs in three types, rolls, pancakes, jams, sauces, breakfast cereals, sausages, cheeses, vegetables and fruits, tea and coffee. We only stayed one night, so I don't know if they clean every day or not. There were various cafes, restaurants and shops within walking distance of the hotel. Nice hotel, solid 3*.

It's a very nice and cozy hotel. Two floors. Atmospheric courtyard in the national style. The rooms are clean. Delicious breakfasts. The staff is attentive and speaks several languages. I always stay in Arba when I arrive in Samarkand. The location of the hotel allows you to walk through the park (across the street); Samarkand Arbat, a walking area with pebbles and shops, is also within walking distance.

Nice cozy hotel near the old town.Everything you need is there:air conditioning,hair dryer (weak),refrigerator,kettle with coffee/tea sets.The bed is comfortable, the linen is clean, bottled water is always added.The staff is polite, breakfasts are plentiful, lots of fruits, in October:melons, watermelons, grapes, kiwi..The only drawback is weak Wi-Fi, the room on the second floor does not catch (although the router is on the wall in front of the door) and the shower cabin was leaking.At 1-2 o'clock it is quite enough.Thanks to the attentive staff!

We ordered tobacco chicken — the dish turned out to be raw inside. After the attention of the staff was paid, the problem was "fixed" by simply heating the dish in the microwave, which is completely unacceptable for an institution of this level. The atmosphere in the restaurant is pleasant in itself, the interior is cozy, but this, alas, did not save from indigestion after dinner. It's a pity, because the place could be good if they paid attention to the quality of cooking and sanitary standards. P.S. do not take tobacco chicken!))

We stayed at the Arba Hotel when we were on vacation in Uzbekistan. Excellent hotel with a convenient location.Comfortable rooms, with excellent beds. Our room was in the summer courtyard. It's very green and there's a smoking area. The hotel has a restaurant with Turkish cuisine. Very good breakfasts. I really liked the receptionists. They are very helpful and friendly. They called a taxi for us, booked a restaurant for us, and ordered room service from the restaurant. It's a very nice hotel.
