In December, we ordered the Mila Light Interline kitchen. Firstly, the delivery was postponed twice without notice. I had to call myself and clarify in order to plan my time. This is a big minus. Secondly, we were given only TTN upon delivery. When asked about the cash receipt, the answer was received that the TTN is a cash receipt and a guarantee. This is something new. Couriers have always provided a receipt, a guarantee, but here... apparently they don't know about it. Thirdly, there was no time to completely unpack the kitchen and inspect for defects / defects, as the carrier was in a hurry. Fourth, after assembling and installing the kitchen, on the fourth day, the countertop began to swell in the places where the joints were glued by the factory. Of course: the countertop periodically interacts with water, especially near the sink. But it swelled all around the perimeter – even a couple of drops of water were enough. This is a kitchen COUNTERTOP, it is intended and should interact with water without changing its original appearance. Apparently, this is not the case. Our Soviet kitchen has been standing for 30 years and has not swelled anywhere!!! And here it's been 4 days. The quality speaks for itself. This is, fifth. Sixth, when we called the Arbuz online store, we were told that as soon as we refused to install it by a specialist, the warranty for the kitchen is canceled. Seriously??? Why is this not warned at the stage of registration of the contract of sale? Yes, because it is not profitable for them. And so it turns out that they do not bear any responsibility. Thus, there are too many disadvantages. I do not recommend an online store.
